This stuff is fantastic! This is a little similar to Gochujang sauce, but milder in flavor. Where gochujang is too "funky" of a flavor, this one is perfect. I put it in soup I get from the Chinese restaurant, I mix it with mayonnaise to make a dip, I put it on pizza, I put it in tomato soup. Great mixed in with ketchup and put on a sandwich.Spicy, with a little bit of funk.
