This is an excellent product and the packaging was well thought out.This is a nice beverage storage container since it of glass construction and the spout is made of stainless steel. The locking glass lid is great so rust is not a problem and contents remain safe. If a large amount of beverage needs to be dispensed at one time the lid may need to be open to break the important seal. GREAT PRODUCT!

I’ve been using this about a year and a half and have never once had a spigot leak. I must have tightened that just the right amount when assembling. My only issue is that the lid is not leak proof when tipped. You do have to unhitch the top to get the spout to pour, so it’s at least somewhat good at keeping out air, but i wouldn’t call it airtight.

I will be using it this weekend, very good product and I hope it will last longer than all the plastic ones. Will not leak with transport either!

We noticed recently that there was a piece of glass in the bottom of the dispenser when we went to refill it. We discovered that the glass had chipped off from the opening at the top. We are always careful when we close it to do so carefully, but still, the action of the glass top and the glass opening, closing, and sealing creates a high risk of chipped glass. This is NOT something you want in a drink dispenser!

Our kitchen cabinet in our kitchen is very low hanging as well as the refrigerator.It was just too big for our intended use.

Best thing I've bought in a while works perfectly lid is awesome

It's pretty good. Does the job, except that, randomly the spout leaks and pours all over the counter. I have to leave a cup under it, and sometimes it fills the cup and overflows. I probably wouldn't buy this one again.
