Been using these shakes and wow do they work. Wonderful snack replacement or in between meals replacement that curbs hunger and somehow manages to eliminate the bulk in the belly. After only a few consecutive uses, my tummy has slimmed down substantially. The trick is to make sure to have 5-6 small meals, incorporating veggies and fruits throughout the day of course. I use one of these shakes 2-3 hours after a balanced breakfast or breakfast bar. Then a balanced lunch or lunch bar 2 hours after the shake. What’s amazing is by the 4th meal of the day I’m not as hungry and have to make a conscientious effort to keep the small balanced meals coming. The sugar cravings are down and I feel satisfied for the remainder of the day. Just make sure to keep the small balanced meals going so the blood sugar doesn’t dip. Eating like clockwork (even when I’m not very hungry) is the best way for me to prevent huge cravings and therefore unreasonable decisions like binge eating unhealthy foods i.e. chips, donuts, ice cream, etc. But back to the shakes, they are a wonderful addition to a set of balanced meals and are super effective at both replacing a meal and attacking belly fat. I love these shakes! They taste amazing. I mix mine with almond milk but they are great with water too! The mix dissolves easily without any clumps. I drink 1 every morning as a meal replacement and it keeps me full till lunch.

The NutriSystem shakes, especially this kind- with protein & probiotics! They’re tasty & really work. Even when just having learned “how” to eat again, this shake works well w/out the actual NutriSystem foods! Great way to control bloating!

Creamy and thick, delicious and satisfying! It was delivered quickly and packaged nicely, and it is a much better price than when ordering from nitrisystem directly. The chocolate fudge is the best! The vanilla is terrible (and I usually like vanilla), but the chocolate fudge is amazing!

I add a little frozen or fresh berries or a small piece of banana and it's my favorite and filling! Like a thick malted.

This shipping box arrived totally unsealed, wide open, and crawling with ants. The form to report the issue only have the option of taking it somewhere to shop it back. I normally have no issue whatsoever doing that, but they are sitting outside, due to all the ants!!!!! How should one handle this???

My husband loves these shakes and swears they really reduce belly bloat!
