The app is not working and has never worked properly , see photo. Customer support is absolutely useless. I am now stuck with the useless equipment very expensive for that matter. What do you think of the company that change their names three times?

As a dealer I do not recommend this product. The quality is excellent but the customer service is horrible. Their app has been down for three weeks. Customer service says there is nothing wrong, our customers can use the pc software. Really? This is an app world.
