I purchased a backflow waterfall burner and was really pleased when I found Nag Champa cones to use with it. (These are specific backflow cones, normal cones will not work as I found out at my expence)Nag Champa is my all time favourite scent, it has a great energy vibration and calms any person and room within 10mins.Sadly that's how long these cones last, just when the burner gets going properly everything is over. These do not last 20mins as stated.

I'm afraid I threw them away. Although the scent at the time of burning was lovely it was the after smell. Over smoky, rotten meat smell lingered. Also, when you thought you had lit them you would come back to no smell and realised they had gone out.

Bought these for a new backflow burner, I've found so far that every cone i have burnt burns more out the top than through the hole so not great.When burning the smell is nice but the after smoke smells like a campfire eliminating the point of the insence.

My house used to smell quite nice, now it smells of stale incense and smoke.Backflow burners are a gimmick, very much style over substance.

Item is fine, but packaging is horrendous, it’s came all split open, damp and a sticky coat all over the box that smells like sick. At first I thought it maybe the smell of the cones but it’s definitely not the smell of the cones because the cones smell fine. This was a gift for my mother but now I’m going to have to buy another one else where.

I do normally always buy nag champa incense sticks and love them, I've never bought the Paolo Santo scent before or the backflow cones, the cones work beautifully on my burner, however I feel it doesn't smell so like the scent Paolo santo that I'm used to.

Package came bashed up and covered in something sticky and strong fragranced, it smells like aftershave.Cones all intact but do not light. Tried numerous timesMy burner works perfectly with other cones I have purchased separately.

These are a beautiful smell which burns well and infuses the room with a subtle aromatic smell of sweet sandalwood and spices
