To update the look in my great room.

Bought 2 fans. 2 different handymen assembled and both it took some time. Very good product. Not assembly friendly.

I absolutely love the looks of this fan. I did have a little trouble putting it together so please look at the installation video first. It’s a must. This ceiling fan comes in white and the installation video is seen there. The quick connects to the LED itself were faulty. The company, Dingliled, has good customer support through it all. They sent me a new fan and I used the new LED. IT works perfect. As shown from the pictures, it is not a ceiling hugger type fan. My ceiling is 8’ and it’s fine with the short down rod they supply.

If you’re thinking about this fan because it’s unique and kind of futuristic looking; just don’t!!! The instruction are a joke and the blades are all plastic. Not even a strong plastic, just a cheap plastic! The pictures do not show that the color is more of a spray paint silver. Just ugly and cheap looking! The screws come already placed in the brackets but they’re too small to thread into the fan mount. I wouldn’t even spend a quarter of the price on this fan. Definitely returning!!

This is not a project for the average “do it yourself-er”! When you open the box, the first thing you need to do is throw away the written instructions; they are worthless. There is a video on YouTube the is helpful for the assembly of the fan. Also, the fan blades and the fan housing are plastic so be careful when handling and assembling. If you don’t have electrical wiring knowledge you need to contact an electrician. The video shows how to wire the internal remote receiver but it doesn’t show how to wire the power supply. That is where you will need electrical experience. In all likelihood, the power supply wiring is not going to be a straight forward 3 wire connection. The final installed product is just okay. There is a big space around the canopy opening and the downrod that looks unfinished. On the positive side, it is quiet, supplies plenty of light and produces a fair amount of draft. Overall, it’s just okay. I purchased two and am going to return one. I think I can do better for about the same price point.

Great customer service! The led light has burnt out after an year use so i contacted the seller and the seller sent me another led lighting kit right away. Great service mindset! I haven’t tried the new lighting kit yet but service itself was so impressive :)

Item looks a lot more sleek on the computer screen, in person the item appears cheap.Did not come with all the hardware that was needed (missing 3 screws, 2 washers, and J hook).Instructions are very difficult to understand with misspelled words and obvious errors. It is apparent that much of the instructions were copied and pasted from other sources and they did not adequately align with this product.
