Bought it for my dads ankle recovery, got this one after another brand broke and spilt cold gel everywhere. This one however held up and helped my dad recover. He rated it highly so 10/10

I bought this because I was recommended by the physio to use ice on my Achilles tendon. It has a removable cold pack which goes in the freezer when not in use. Wrapped around your ankle, it feels very cold but I guess that's the idea. It helps with inflammation.

Suffering from Achilles pain…this seems to be helping. Very easy to use, stays cold for ages out of the freezer.Haven’t used the hot feature yet but I’m sure that works just as well.

Great packs for use on targeted or small areas. Wrap to keep in is a bonus. Good for adult use as well

I used this the first week of my sprained ankle and it's the best ice pack I've used by far. Stayed cool for a perfect amount of time, didnt take long to freeze & i found the wrao really comfortable!If I had to be picky it could he just slightly longer in length it put around the whole ankle but for me it was perfect!

I purchased this after spraining my ankle and must say it did work well in soothing the discomfort. My only gripe is that I wish the gel pack itself was a bit longer so you could wrap it around your ankle and have the cold on either side. As it is you have to settle on one side at a time. If that's all you need then you're well away buying this product.

Handy solution for ankle or knee. The strap is plenty long enough and holds on well. I'm mainly using it on an ankle but it works with a knee too and within reason, you can potter around at home with the heat pack on. The pack itself is not the best, I have others that inlcude more gel and stay warm for longer but it's decent quality. I find I need ot microwave it for about a minute.
