cannot fit any batteries into the vape. have ordered two different lots with no success. smok themselves have no mention of any batteries in any of the instructions provided. How are you going to sell a product with batteries and not tell anyone what batteries you need

I'm not doing well with Smok products at the moment as they seem to lack the quality of those over the last 5 years. Bought this kit to replace an identical kit in September and 2 days after Amazon's return window has closed it's stopped firing. Just cannot get it to fire.The issue now is that unless Smok pay the postage under their warranty, it is more expensive to send the item back, than just buy the item again. Have looked today to try and return, but as expected, its going to be a real chore.Think that I'll leave Smok alone for a while

The left battery stopped when there was still half left in the right battery. I thought maybe this was normal. I put in two fully charged batteries and the left said it was empty. I can’t return it as I have used coils and discarded the box. I would have known about this problem much earlier if it came with the 2 batteries and battery charger that I had to buy at a vape shop. I have just had to buy another one from a REAL vape shop who know what they are talking about. Don’t buy from this guy. He doesn’t know about what he is selling and doesn’t care about the customers either. Weird, it was the left side that went first before. This thing is messed up!!! The vape on the right is the one I bought with same batteries as the faulty vape on the left

E-cig worked ok for only 2 months, then had continuous leaks from tank, then just today (approx 4 months into owning it), whilst travelling home from a game of golf I noticed smoke billowing out of my golf bag,I pulled over and the e-cig had somehow locked into full power vaping and would not stop, item was red hot and I feared for my safety, I thought it might be an issue with the batteries, so I threw them away, and changed to new 1's, only to find the same problem persisted, so upshot is I now have no e-cig and have to purchase new 1

I took receipt of the correct batteries at the beginning of this week. I have been trying off and on till today (Saturday) to get it to work, but nothing. Batteries are brand new.No good, damaged? Defective?What will you do about it please??IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

everything works great, well packaged and you can immediately assemble and smoke.But there are some unpleasant things. When unpacking, I discovered that both sides of the mod have a damaged paint... It upsets the impression of buying a new item. At first I thought it was dirt, but after rubbing it with a cleaner, I realized that it was a paintwork problem. In all other respects, everything is fine. Well, it should also be taken into account that the length of the batteries should be 6.5 centimeters, no more. The batteries I ordered 6.7 cm did not fit.

Decent kit and broken tank. I’ve googled every solution but tank will not close. My hands are red raw from pushing down and trying to close it properly. It won’t close and is a manufacturer fault with the tank. Do not recommend the tank it comes with 0/10 on that. The kit itself is great no issues easy to use.

I’m still using this mod daily I’m happy with it..
