At first I couldn’t get the unit to pair with the remote, so replaced the battery in the remote and then re-read the instructions more carefully (particularly about the receiver should only flash when you finish pushing the pair button and the remote led goes off when paired). This time round both channels paired - 3rd one not in use yet.Range is ok for what I need, turns on and off outdoors with a 25ft range with the transmitter being housed in a greenhouse. Doesn’t work from inside the house through brick/doors/windows etc.Rather than use the provided grommets I found that standard M20 glands screwed into the large provided glands and provided a much better seal and a better grip on the cable.This was the only solution I could find to remote control multiple outdoor lights in a reasonably weatherproof (dust/moisture) box and at this price it was a good find.

I had trouble with the R/c range.The manufacturers sent me a new R/c handset. - performance was then better but still not right.By pressing I was eventually sent the whole inside unit circuit board replacement.Horray - it now worked as it was promised to do.I think that the product is well designed.I had to send back 2 competitive units for malfunction - and this IS the best designed by far!

The remote has not got a good enough range for my needs. Which means I have to go outside to operate the unit and I will have to replace this year

Fantastic product works a treat for my outside lighting and the remote range is fantastic

I liked the big terminals and chunky fittings.I don't like the remote: in the hand it is impossible to know which way is up, and therefore which buttons do what. And even once a circuit is selected it often takes two or three presses before the unit responds.

steer clear of this product, the first one I received was faulty and wodnt lern there remote. The second one worked but only 12 ft away so essentially a useless product. As others have said its not the same as home easy which worked for years this one dose not. Totally avoid.

Remote control has stoped working after only 1 month of using. Replaced the battery but still nothing. Tried to clear the pairing and then re-pair, however the remote will no longer pair to the controller, and hence is useless. Contacted Amazon and they provided a refund, I told them the product had been installed and I could not disconnect the electrics, they told me to keep it. (all via online chat) but now I AM BEING HOUNDED TO RETURN THE ITEM, OTHERWISE THEY WILL CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN.!! UNBELIEVABLE !

Lamentablemente este sistema no es de fiar. Se conecta cuando le parece, sin intervención de ningún tipo.En mi caso, tengo unos focos ligados a este interruptor y este funcionamiento anómalo me puede costar caro, mas ahora con las tarifas eléctricas que tenemos.

J'ai acheté ce kit pour ajouter un éclairage extérieur. Le module est dans mon abri de jardin et l'interrupteur dans ma maison à environ 15m de distance et cela fonctionne parfaitement. J'ai acheté un interrupteur supplémentaire le jumelage est très facile. Bref excellent rapport qualité prix.

Kann mich den negativen Bewertungen NICHT anschließen. Bei mir funktioniert alles tadellos.Auch die Fernbedienung hat eine genügende Reichweite. ca. 20m. Funktioniert sogar durch die Wohnzimmerscheibe, um das Gartenhäuschen einzuschalten.Top. Genau das habe ich gesucht.Ich gehe davon aus, das die Firma den Sender verändert und oder verstärkt hat.Denn es klappt wie gesagt ohne Probleme.Der Kasten ist auf der Rückseite unserer Grillhütte.Sprich es geht durch das Holz und dann noch die ca. 20bis25m.Top.

Très bon produitUtilise pour commander des spots de jardin et l’alimetation d’une pompe de bsssin.Cet appareil rempli bien son rôle, dommage que la portée du système soit un peut limitée ...(Je l’ai personnellement modifiée avec une antenne extérieure)

Ansonsten geht alles flott und einfach zu handhaben bis auf die hakelige Clipsung des Rahmens am eigentlichen Innenleben - was man aber nur für Schraubmontage einmal im Leben trennen muss."Pairing" mit der "Dose" geht auch supereinfach, allerdings ist die Anleitung bissel klein gedruckt, aber die kann man bei z.B. Conrad downloaden und besser lesen & abspeichern...
