The ranger camera system is wireless, solar powered, motion activated and has invisible infrared, night vision technology providing security in the most remote locations. The internal battery allows the cellular transmitted camera to run indefinitely and has enough power to run for 10 consecutive days during inclement weather. This camera system acquires pictures by motion detection, scheduled intervals and live image requests. Motion activated pictures are sent as a text alert to any mobile phone and all acquired pictures are immediately sent over the cellular network to our cloud based servers to be viewed with our cloud based camera control software. Cloud services are purchased annually and include an unlimited cellular data, unlimited cloud media storage and unlimited use of our user interface camera software. The user interface is accessed with a username & password, on any pc, device or our mobile phone application. This system also supports inputs from outside devices to trigger picture acquisition and sent as an alert message. The system includes the camera, solar panel, mounting brackets, mounting hardware, battery charger, cellular data, cloud storage, and camera control software.

After four replacement cameras, customer support failed me too
I purchased one of these cameras at least a year ago, and it performed inconsistently and eventually quit. A replacement camera was sent and worked for a while until it no longer transmitted consistently. I worked diligently and patiently with eye trax customer support to determine a root cause and tried to solve these issues. I have a need for a cellular camera, so I was willing to wait for a solutionOver the next year customer support had me try a number of different things to try to get this product to work. a third camera was sent, and finally a fourth.The whole point of choosing this product was to keep security surveillance on a site 450 miles away. So every time there was an issue with these cameras it required accommodating a busy schedule and finding time to address it.When the fourth camera failed, I contacted customer support only to learn that the product was out of warranty and getting my money back on a product that never worked would not be honored! I GRANTED eye trax more time and effort than most people would to make things right. Not only did the product fail me in the end, but the company turned their back on a customer willing to help THEM get their product to perform as advertised.That is outrageous.I have since installed a Spypoint Camera, which fully accessorized, cost 1/6th of the purchase price for an eyetrax, and a monthly unlimited plan for $15 a month rather than $80.There is no reason to go this route over what is available in the market currently. Take a pass on this one.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE CAMERA!Complete waste of a lot of money & timeNo customer assistance when the product showed up in the package not operating properly.Batteries died within 2 daysTried to return and they told me to "Read the fine print" and that it had been over 30 days they wouldn't take the product back.Product is useless, customer service are salesmen of their garbage products and ownership only wants your money and once they have it they will not help you.

Repeat Customer.. Exceptional Product.. Exceptional Service
I have purchased 7 Eye Trax Ranger camera systems over the years... I have also purchased two of the "rapid deploy" systems.. which I keep in my truck for moving between job sites... This is by and far the best product on the market... the installation is a breeze and whenever I have a question, the people at Eye Trax actually answer the phone and I don't have to deal with an automated or foreign call center... I will definitely continue using and buying Eye Trax products...

Great Camera Product
I have a remote location without power or an internet connection and the Eye Trax camera is a perfect fit for my application. My camera system is working great and I can remotely monitor my property.
