This is me trying second and third product from this company, my first were their donuts and everything is just so tasty! I also ordered some cranberry cake from them! Can’t wait! I’ll be customer for life ♥️

T berry flavor isn’t that great.. You can skip that one. It tastes like a corn muffin. Not like berry coffee cake at all.Carrot cake is great when it’s fresh. But I’ve gotten some that taste old/stale and almost moldy.Haven’t had any issues with the cinnamon coffee cake. Definitely recommend that one!

Best low carb/low cal sweet treats I've ever had. They are moist, delicious and have no weird or chalky after taste like some other snacks.

I found the product advertised as a low calories, low fat, low glycemic index food. The delivery time takes forever.Watchout: it is NOT low glycemic, not low sugar, not low calories. At least in regards to the carrot cake flavor. The cinnamon swirl flavor, however, is a very small portion that doesn’t satisfy craving or hunger enough on its own but it tastes not as good as the carrot one. When we pay premium price for a diet product it ought to fulfill the expectations, or else… never more.I found an alternative here at Amazon that is not as expensive, arrives much faster, but the only bummer is that it is dry so one needs to have it with something moist like a teaspoon of Greek yogurt on top of it. But it’s worth the sacrifice since each cinnamon cake is around 50 calories with very low carbs, some fiber and zero fat. On my second purchase I wanted to buy in bulk and keep it frozen and the factory gave me 20 percent discount.

My husband loves these. He is on Keto and craves the sweets. He eats the carrot cake right out of the freezer. The coffee cakes (various) and brownies taste best after heated in the microwave to a "hot out of the over" type heat. But, all in all these are perfect for the Keto diet.

I bought this because the box of 12 Keto Cinnamon Swirls was unavailable. Ugh! My mistake — the Carrot Cakes are filled with carbs and sugars. Why package them with a keto friendly product? Can’t eat them.I should have added that the cinnamon Swirls, on the other hand, are delicious and Keto friendly!
