The Alkaline Water Pitcher Netstar88 2.5L NSAPO1 is awesome. Thank you for offering such a great pitcher! When I first received the Pitcher, I utilized the kit included to check the pH of the tap water; it measured about 7.0. Then measured the pH of the water after filtering, and it was actually a 9.0 or greater pH balance. The taste of the water is very good and refreshing. Have been using approximately 3 months and is enjoying the benefits of Alkaline Water. With the filtered water there is no need for drinking several cups, as your thirst is quenched immediately with just a few sips of the water. Have a great appreciation for the filters included as well as the pH measuring kit. Wanted to purchase the Alkaline Water System but because of the expense, $300 or more, was glad to find a pitcher that had similar features. Have already started telling some of our friends and/or neighbors about this pitcher. Thank you again!!! Note: The stores do not have a pitcher like this!

Not big enough

I got this pitcher in April or May. The pitcher worked great up until a few weeks ago. I noticed metallic fakes in my water and all over my pitcher after I changed the filter. I thought it was just a bad filter and opened another one and the same thing. I tried to exchange the product for a new on but they said its past the time allowed for returns or exchanges. Now I'm back to buying alkaline water. This was very affordable for me. All I can drink is alkaline water cause of my treatments and illness. This was a great pitcher until this happened

I would like the pitcher to be larger, sometimes it's hard to pour & the top is challenging to get off. Water tastes good.

I don't like the poor gripping design on the lid/ cover on the pitcher which's hard to open for the water refill even if my hands are not greasy or wet. Then, I'm not sure this pitcher filters 2.5liter of water capacity in each refill. I like the filter package comes with the digital pH meter as a bonus.

This is a Great Pitcher it raised my water from 5.0 to around 9.7 on my digital pH meter. The pitcher is fulfilled by Amazon so it is very fast shipping and the design of the pitcher is great. I just wished it held more water. But I highly recommend this pitcher for the price. It comes with extras like a digital pH meter for free... You will have to calibrate it upon arrival I found that out, but still all of that for the low price of 59.95. I am very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend this pitcher.

Water tastes great! Although the cover is kind of hard to take off for refilling. I like it that they included a pH meter too. That bonus is coming in handy.
