The sacred seed bracelet is sturdy and stretchy, my only complaint is that some of the seeds are scratchy but not major. The breathing Mala I have wrapped around the wrist and is nice and feels light. I personally think the beeds are to small to actually use, but the length is kind enouph to wrap 3x.Meditation mala is colorful and the beeds are bigger, than the former. For meditation purposes it would be easier to use or count if the beeds were a bit bigger. It is quite easy to loose place. Overall I would recome do and purchase again.
