I'm so glad I didn't listen to the reviews that were bad because those people probably didn't see the instructions are on the back of the box and if you follow its works amazing!!!!!! My first use I saw results. I tried it today I followed the directions it says to keep it warm so I put a heating pad on top of my stomach where the wrap was. You can see a big difference in my stomach!!! I'm so excited bc I've been working out like crazy for 2 months and changing my eating habits everything was shrinking but my stomach I'm so freaking excited and I can't wait to do another wrap!!!!! This product is worth the money and it works so don't pay 200$ for an overpriced salon do it yourself!!!!!! Save the money for a new outfit:)

I do not recommend anyone using this product and here is why:1. No visible results (not only after first application). One of the reasons I fell for this product was a promise of visible results after the very first application. Well, this one just did not happen - did not loose a milligram of my weight not did I loose a tenth of an inch in my waist.2. "Used by celebrities all over the world" - I spend quite a while trying to research this strong statement, but unfortunately it happened to be another "exaggeration". Nobody ever endorsed this product, it's not mentioned in any more or less serious publication!!!1+2=3 This product is advertised based on pure fiction, and if I did better research from the beginning I could have figured that a product with 2 big major lies in description cannot be legit!

It was messy and I the only result was amazingly soft skin. You can get better products for cheaper when bought in bulk and not prepackaged.

I have not used this product yet, it did not come with instructions I had to read the reviews to know how to apply now I'm nervous to use this on my body not knowing what's in it n if it really works, I'll try it but hopefully it works!!?

Not sure how this got such rave reviews. Here is my assessment- 1. No Instructions for use, and NO, they were never emailed to me. 2. Clips with bandages bend or break when you try to use them. The stuff is super messy and nearly impossible to keep warm for an hour. I wrapped my legs in saran wrap and stayed wrapped in an electric blanket for an hour. I didn't expect a miracle, but all I got was a big ole mess! So disappointing

I did not appreciate that there were No instructions but I figured how difficult is that so I added water so that it would form a paste but it truly did not get the correct consistency and I found it messy. The ace bandage was great but the hooks did not grab or hold the wrap in its place since they were flimsy and were useless. After giving it my best effort I came to the conclusion it does not work .
