This is a ponytail holder with 3” of hair (4” if stretched straight) swirled around it. The color is dark brown with a guesstimate of 15-20% gray. It matches my hair perfectly, so I had no issues with color. I found the product to be “slick” and it didn’t stay put. I put a regular ponytail holder on first and then added the hair piece and that seemed to stabilize it. I’m not sure it will stay in place I’m exercising or if it’s windy, etc. We’ll see. It looks cute tho.My purchase was sent priority airmail from Estonia. It took the seller 4 days to dispatch and another 19 days before it was delivered. Tracking was vague in that it said it was out for delivery and would be delivered by a certain date with no information or updates in between.Overall, it’s an good product for the money. I couldn’t find anything like it in the States.

Wow, this crazy hair thing is really really fun. It was definitely a test purchase. My hair will never make it to "long" (too thin) or thick so help is needed. Since the fashion today accepts wild, floppy hair for everyday, I find this perfect. Also - about the match: my hair is silver, with dark around the back of the neck, and unfortunately a bit yellow on the ends (still working on figuring that out). So there is a lot to blend with - it can be done. The basic color (silver grey) works very well with my hair color. The messy uptop allows the yellow to just work in - providing I don't leave it all clumped in one spot. So, bottom line, I'm going to order another one of a different style - why not? It is sooo much fun. Only drawback: a long shipping time, so don't expect "prime" service. Order ahead.

While I rarely use it as a scrunchies-- usually use bobby pins to secure it, the ONE PROBLEM. I've found with all of these hair pieces is, pieces of hair get reversed or move inside-out, if this makes sense. What happens is, it's hard to get the grain of the hair to stay on one side of the elastic band

Easy to use. Just hard to match color.

Ordered the gray mix but it was anything but gray. More like a medium ash brown. Of no use to me. On the plus side, it is cute and easy to work with and shipping was fast (11 days) from Budapest, Hungary! I would reorder if I could be sure of a closer color match.

For the price this worked well for me. I wanted to try a less expensive one before I get a hairpiece with real hair. Going to be spending some time in a tropical area and my hair burns me up! Looking for an easy way to throw it up, even though it is pretty thin.

Great color match but I just looked at the pic and didn't read very well because I was surprised it was a scrunchie. Took a while to get to me as it came from outside the US.

I bought a few of these in different red colours. I was trying to match my own hair to them. Unfortunately, the darker one was too dark and the lighter one was too light. Also, the item is kind of slim in the hair department.
