KMC Missing Link 10-speed Reusable 6 Pairs

I bought them for on-the-road repairs to an 8-speed chain but haven't had need to use them, yet. If you're going to buy them for that purpose, don't forget to carry a small chain tool, too. I had a chain break in the past and had to walk the bike home. Fortunately, it was close to home but I wouldn't want that to happen 10 miles from home and have no way to fix it. I carry just two sets in the bike tool bag and leave the rest at home. Two sets because sometimes, one piece can fly away into grass and be lost forever while you work on the greasy chain.

I have a couple of pairs of the quick links in my DH, trail and workshop gear. Work great and I use the Park chainlink pliers for ease of install and removal.

These links are invaluable, allowing the chain to be dissasembled for deep cleaning of my KNC 10SL chain, although these links are reusable KNC recommends only reusing 3 times. The best price for these was on Amazon. The after sale support was premier
