I had an old Mophie case, but the charging port became "loose", so it was difficult to charge. Thought I'd try this since it seemed to have similar capabilities, plus some other features that I liked, and best of all cost less.First, it doesn't seem to hold a charge any where NEAR as long as my older Mophie did (similar charge capacity specs to my Mophie).Second, I find the case difficult to "open" so you can flip it around and use the stand.Also, the microusb socket for charging is on a beveled surface . . . the plug just falls out!Overall terrible design. I hope others have better luck with this than I did!

The charging is a bit slower than if you were to plug your phone into the wall. That isn't my biggest complaint, though. I dropped my phone the other day and the case flew off. Luckily my phone isn't damaged. I didn't expect this case to keep my phone completely safe, but I didn't expect it to fly off like this. I can't say that I'd buy this again.

I bought this device as a way to wirelessly charge my iphone6 in my 2016 chevy truck. I did like the build and look of this product, but unfortunately that's really the only good I can say about it. First couple of months of it were just fine, other than the fact the device would occasionally turn itself on without me hitting the charge on/off button. However, in less than 2 and a half months time, it has died... doesn't even work now - won't power on and won't charge. Maybe mine was just a lemon and this hasn't happened to anyone else... but FWIW, just wanted buyers to be aware of this customer's experience.

I ordered 3 of these for my family. Only 1 works as designed so far. One semi worked for about a week then stopped working (would charge battery case on charger, but would not charge phone unless it was off the charger, bottom button on case never worked), and one did not charge phone or battery case at all even with cable directly plugged in.Unfortunately, it seems like quality control needs to be seriously improved.

So far so good. This works with the wireless charging in my 2016 Silverado. Wish there was access to the Lightning connector and the power button is not in the best spot but otherwise it works well.

Arrived on time - SAME DAY, exactly what it was supposed to be and worked perfectly with our new GMC Yukon XL Denali ....just pop the phone in the center console and charging !!! Love it ...thanks for the great product and service

The device works as described. In addition, it appears to be well built and all required connections were available.

Excellent case and I really like the backup battery power. Service department was great and helped with a problem I had with no fuss! I highly recommend Planet Rush.
