Third Party key works fine
Works as intended. Used already programmed key and included transfer pins to program the purchased key fob. Was weary because of the lack of branding from Marantec, but was presently surprised that it worked for the price. The visor clips was a little bit stiff to insert, but fits snug. Very nice :D

Marantec opener works great.
I tried some universal opener but that one didn’t work. This Marantec opener worked perfectly. It programmed via another working opener remote easily. I did not try programming it any other way.

Universal learning remote
If your remote has these three prongs on the side that you want this one to learn it will do it in seconds I read the instructions three times then I did it it works wonderful 👍

Did not work.
Frustrating because I followed instructions and not only did it not work, the procedure interfered with the working remote and now the formerly working remote does not work.I was suspicious as when I tried to replace the battery, ( thinking the problem may be the battery), I noticed that the battery in the device was scratched up…

Works as intended
No issues, remote works as intended. Was able to program it from the garage door opener without the original remote easily. On my unit, just have to hold the 'P' button for a couple seconds to enter programming mode, then press and release the 'P' button a couple times after that until the 6,7,8 lights are on and the 7 light is flashing. Hold the desired button on the remote and the 7 light starts flashing rapidly (the garage door opener learns the remote). Press the P button again. Test the remote and it should work. Literally took me maybe 30 seconds to get it programmed.

Worked, but instructions were poor
On step 2 of the instructions, it says 'Press and hold the first button you wish to program.' At first, I thought that meant that I should press the button on the new remote that I want to program. Nope. What it means is to press and hold the button that is *already programmed* on your old remote - the button you want to copy programming from.

Easy to program and operate
It took me less than a minute to pair my new remote with my older remote using the prongs. Easy to pair and it works as advertised.
