SertaSmart Layers Jennings Super Task Big and Tall Chair, Black/Slate

Chair is fine, but the plunger started leaking after 4 months. The seller "Amazin' Deals", will do nothing; not even return emails, they'll just close any requests sent to them with no correspondence. Things happen, I'd order the chair again. The seller here is the problem and they get a negative 5 stars; but they dont allow you to give them feedback - obviously for good reason.

I bought this chair for work. I am a large person so I thought this would suit. Unfortunately, it may hold a large weight but it is so low to the ground at it's highest point that I feel like I'm kissing my knees ( I'm 5' 5") In addition, it slopes downward so strongly in the front that I cannot sit comfortably at all. I had it delivered to my job and all the packaging was tossed out, so I can't return it. I have no one to blame but me. I should never have purchased a chair without testing it first.

Holding up well. I spend too much time in this chair for work. Comfortable for me at 6' 2", 275 lbs. Its actually a pretty comfortable gaming chair also because of the adjustable arm rests. Edit 10/18 Holding up well. Still comfortable.

I've waited for several weeks prior to writing this review. I've really enjoyed this chair and sitting in it for work 8+ hours a day for 5 days a week. It's comfortable and easy to maneuver in. I have noticed the one arm I have to retighten the bolt now and then on it but it hasn't bother me much.Shipping was a little confusing as Amazon isn't integrated into the seller's shipping system but the seller responds promptly and is able to give you a ETA which was very helpful.Overall very satisfied with this purchase and the product. Great price for a great chair.

chair handles weight over 400# just fine ...seat cushion flat in the first 6 months. very uncomfortable! Customer service still does not have parts....tried to shuck the warranty but caught them. So we'll see what happens in the next 9 years! I wouldn't buy this chair again!

So far so good. Used for a few weeks now. Chair ends up looking a little smaller than pictured. Easy to assemble. Cushions are good. Wish the arms could be moved up out Of the way- it tends to bump into his desk.

pricey, but hubby loves it and he sits all day and some into the nights aswell so like over 12 hours, also he has bad back and it helps to have a good chair

loved whole chair...bought one previously and wanted another......comfortable ,easy to put together ...one person is enough...wasnt thrilled with price but worth it if it lasts,
