HoneywellMetrologic 9540 Voyager CG, Scanner and USB Cable Only, Black MS9540-38-3

I looked at many different styles so when I was ready to order I was careless and did not read details. When Ireceived it I was expecting stand and cord as well. Yes, my error but I think picture should be clearer on that. Next I have to email them to get return instructions which took weeks. This is probably what bothered me most! By the time I finally returned it for $10 then was only credited a portion of the return it was costly and I have nothing to show for it. Just be careful when shopping for electronics. Restocking fee on returns is policy but frustrating.

I have used these scanners in all types of environments. When it arrived, I was shocked to see it was just the wand. No stand, NO CORD? I had to order the cord from China, and it took the slow boat over.

You only get the handheld. And when I say ONLY, I mean ONLY. No stand, and even no cable!!! I sent an email to the seller to get the missing parts. I will follow-up on this one.

The product is not what is pictured or described accurately!!! You don't receive a stand, or the cable to hook it up to anything. If you ONLY need the hand held scanner, this is your product! And then I couldn't return it because the reseller doesn't accept electronic returns!
