I take iron tablets every night to improve my anaemia, but I like to have a healthy green drink with iron in the morning too. I’ve tried a few different brands, and yes some may taste slightly better, but the nutritional value in those ones are actually pretty poor.This drink for me is the perfect balance between taste and nutritional benefits. My energy levels are better, I can really feel it when I don’t have it. I’ve noticed my skin is clearer and more even too after a few weeks of drinking it first thing in the morning.I get the Apple and lemon one, and make sure I add lots of ice. If you wait 5 minutes for the drink to get very cold, it’s very easy to drink! After about a week I was enjoying the taste rather than tolerating it.

The spoon is ridiculously and I mean that, small. Too small. Waste of time using it. Better off not having it. You can see the size against a regular teaspoon. I mean come on….

I really feel the benefit of this product it’s top quality This is my 2 nd pk I love the taste too though some may find it a bit green vegi especially if you don’t actually like your greens but I do and an added bonus is that my digestive system loves it too I won’t swap for any other make This is the best I’ve used It mixes easilyand is good value for the benefits you get You don’t need loads if vit tabs with this drink Your 5 a day gets a real push from extreme greens

This is really good stuff and really pleasant to drink when I saw the deep green colour i thought awe but its a beautiful drink i could not believe it but i have a glass every morning and I am gradually feeling more energetic so i shall carry on drinking it pleased with my purchase

Taste - not great, I mixed it with a stevia sweetenerQuality - not great, I checked the nutritional values and compared to AG1 or Huel Daily Greens this doesn't not seem like good value for money.AG1 made me feel amazing, but very expense, I tried this as a cheaper alternative and it didn't work for me.If you do not need to have something as high quality as AG1 to get the benefit (we are all different), maybe this will work for you

Excellent price tastes great and nutritionally pretty dense , easy to mix , with great health benefits . To get the best out of it's taste make it the night before and leave it overnight in the fridge a good shake and off you go . I refer to it as Mr.Spocks blood cos its bright green and has the same viscosity lol. On my 3rd pack and will be ordering more going forward.

Truly, truly awful.Most Protein Works products are exceptional. Delicious, healthy, and convenient.Dear reader, this is none of those things.Tastes so awful that I can now fully understand why Bear Grylls is so into his own urine. Because this exists in the world, and if he gets too dehydrated, someone might come along and make him drink it.This vile concoction, not content with being the worst thing I have ever had in my mouth, also did things to my insides, it made me produce sounds and smells the likes of which would, if used in an active war zone, see me on trial for crimes against humanity.The gastric distress I suffered made me appreciate what it must feel like to be eaten alive, stomach and anus first, by a single determined, but fairly slow hyena.It also turns everything it touches green. Forever.You have been warned.
