No vision issues like some of the others but if you are looking for a workout with some intense sweating; this is the product. I love this product and I will order it again; however, this time the product's seal was clearly broken and I could tell before opening it that it has solidified inside. So disappointed. I'm 3 weeks out from a show and now I have to wait on them to send another.Yes, the product clumps due to water & heat(like ALL supplements), but it shouldn't be a rock before you even open it.

Well, I’m not sure about it helping lose weight because I haven’t lost any, on the contrary I gained a few lbs. but I will say that after about 20 minutes of taking it, you will sweat like your in hell, and shiver freezing like your naked at the North Pole at the same time. I can’t explain it any better than that lol.
