Bought this product in Sep 2019. Have had nothing but problems since. Multiple problems with wifi controller. Dropping connection every time I reset it. Have spent £300 on new wifi equipment, thinking it was my problem. Nothing works. The wifi controller unit is in clear sight, only around 5m from the router and still problems. The actual controller that comes with it has now stopped working. I have changed batteries, so that is not the problem. I have no way now of controlling these lights. 2 of the lights have now stopped working. One doesn't work at all, the other is stuck on purple. Have left messages/questions for supplier. They have said if I have any more problems to contact them. I have asked on numerous occasions for their email address, but they won't supply it. Altogether a very poor experience from Indarun. I would be very careful before placing an order. Lights would be fantastic if they worked, but no good if they don't. This is one of 2 sets I bought. Having the same issues with the other wifi unit.

Have had these installed for a month and think this is a fantastic product. The lights are bright and colours varied. Linking the lights to Alexa was very easy, just scan the QR code, download the magic home app and follow the guidance. The lights can be controlled by voice using Alexa, basic lights on/off and colour change or through the app for more complex control interchange colours, speed up/down, set to music, strobe light effects. Really please with these lights.The carpenter installing our decking installed these but said it was easy to do. The only slight negative is that the remote isn't as responsive as I'd like, you have to be very near to get it to work but given they work very well through the app or Alexa then it's a very minor issue unless you dont have wifi.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The lights are robust, bright and easy to control with the Magic home app on my phone.The leads are thicker than I was expecting but that’s a good thing.I had to think carefully about the routing of the leads to allow them to remain hidden but at the same time easy to connect under the deck. I had to get a pack of extensions to connect the lights to the socket in the house but that means only the lights are outside and the power supply and WiFi controller are secure and dry inside. Now the edges of my deck are safely illuminated at night and they look quite cool with different lighting effects depending on my mood. Friends and neighbours have all commented on how great they look.

i purchased this product for some decorative lighting to back garden and it works really well, easy to install simply download the app and follow prompts, works with google home too. the product arrived earlier than expected too. I did however experience one of the 20 lights not working in sync with the rest of the set. i contacted the seller via email and had a reply within the hour, explained the problem and within 2-3 days two replacement lights where sent out free of charge and now all 20 are working fine. good customer service and good value for money.

So impressed with these lights! They arrived on time and my husband has found them really quick and easy to install around our new decking.The colours are bright and they work perfectly using the WiFi connection, downloaded the app and they connected straight away. A lot of different sequences available too.

They were alot smaller than I thought but given that I ordered 20, any larger would have been too much. They weren't particularly easy to install due to cutting numerous holes in our decking, measuring up evenly etc but worth the work. Happy with the end result. Recommended seller. Fast delivery

I really appreciated the extraordinary value for money of these lights. The connections are beautifully made and certainly waterproof to the standards I need, and the actual lights are much more robust than you might expect from their appearance. The remote works well even through the deck to the controller below. As someone who had market-leading and extremely expensive hunsa lights installed a decade ago, it is astonishing to think that 20 of these lights with power supplies , controllers and remotes, has cost me the equivalent of one hunsa light fitting. Well done!
