I have had this for awhile now and am liking it more. It has helped my posture and my back doesn’t ache like it use to. I can wear this for long periods without knowing it’s on. I have Recomended this to a friend. One thing I can say is it took me a bit to figure out how to get this one and off easily. Once I did, I was thrilled. Give it a chance, you have a month to return it. I am going to make a video of how I get it in and off.Straps do cut into you, so MUST wear some sort of shirt with sleeves. Does it help posture? Kinda only. As far as helping with the back, it does. I have one bad arm with not much strength in it. And get it off is a challenge! The Velcro adheres extremely tightly and alot of it. The exposed Velcro can adhere to some things so be careful what you lean up against. If I find anything else doable I will return this.

I have mild scoliosis and several displaced discs. I was having severe pain between my shoulder blades. I'm in the medical field and on my feet for 12 hours a day. I was having trouble sleeping, sitting and just being comfortable. Ihave terrible posture to boot. I shopped all of Amazon for a back brace I felt would work best and would stand up to a long day. I settled on this one. I am seeing a chiropractor as well. Day one I had considerable relief! Day 2 I went home without having to take any medication, my back didn't kill me! I am amazed at the difference and how quickly it helped me. Day 3 I'm pain free!! The only downfall, and I believe it's my posture, is that the shoulder straps cut into the front of my armpits. I wear a t-shirt under the brace. I am in menopause and have hot flashes. This is not heavy fabric, but it is well built. I am buying another one because I will definitely wear this one out!! I have problems at the juncture of T & C spine, slippy ribs and clavicles that do not behave. I need support to keep me better alligned so I can do activites I love like lapidary and gardening. I can loose myself in my projects for a little longer before i hit the pain wall, recovery after is a little shorter too. I tried two braces of this style and this was the winner.The whole brace has a nice felty feel too it although i use it over a tank. the waist and lumbar staps are not soft, but they don't bend up but do bind as they are supposed to. I do not reccomend trying to eat in the brace. This has non strech, nicely non abrasive arm bands. I found the best configuration for the staps was over boobs, I wish the staps were arranged with velcro and gripping surfaces so I didn't have to gearyrig it so no velcro touches skin. (this would have been the 5th star)The staps are designed to attach in front on the waist strap. i found it helped to attach them to the waist strap, then pull the lumbar staps over them.Sizing is accurate so measure yourself and buy accordingly... dont size up i, i felt like i was on a sizing cusp, and had to return my first attemp for a smaller size.I have a latex allergy and other skin sensitivities and do not have a problem with this brace.

Not good to used while your working outdoor, keep pulling up in my waistline, and hurts my under arms.

I love the breeze is not too heavy, the metal is easy to put in you don't even know it's there. I have used many braces in the past and this one far surpasses them all. It's it's really well. When when I have it on I don't feel the pain as much that's a great back brace, you forget you have it on or had it on you start out with 15 minutes of pain relief and then you go up every other day to the next step that helps you get acclimated to the brace. No doubt I'm going to use this on long car ride on the airplane you name it I'll be wearing it and it is very comfortable around the shoulders you forget that you have it on thank you for taking your time to read my review

I have had 2 rods and 10 screws put in my back and hoping this brace helps. This Posture corrector gives me the back support I need the only uncomfortable part is what goes in the front of your arms it pushes into my body and if I loosened it it’s too loose. I do still finding myself bending forward. It is a good quality brace. I need to give it more time. It has only been a week.

The material is very uncomfortable even on top of any clothes.

Great product. Works well and is comfortable.

Worst experience, not at all matching with discribed product.
