My favorite small kitchen knife. Well designed handle, quality product

This is a replacement for a damaged knife I've had for over 30 years. As seems with everything now, the quality has gone down. The new knife is 47 grams as compared to the older at 61 grams. The blade is thinner and has a lot more flex. Due to the light weight, the balance just doesn't feel right. The feel is so different I had to go over the packaging to see if it was a made in China item rebranded to say made in Germany. I would rate this knife as adequate but not recommended. In the future, I won't buy a knife if I can't hold it first and its very doubtful I'll be buying another Zwilling Four Star product. There are to many other choices for better quality knives at a better value.

Lo uso personalmente per tutto, il materiale è eccellente, taglia qualsiasi cosa.Ricordarsi che la lama è liscia e corta, quindi se dovete tagliare grossi pezzi di verdura, oppure avete bisogno di "seghettare", forse questo è troppo piccolo.Per pulire zucchine, zenzero, tagliare carote, pulire piccole verdure in generale è ottimo.

Gran cuchillo. Tenía uno igual y compré otro para mi mujer ya que siempre nos andábamos peleando para usarlo :)Lo uso todos los días para cortar embutido, pelar fruta, picar verdura... Muy recomendable.

Perfect knife....great to find a replacement that matched the rest of my four star set!
