Great for first-time waxer! Won't burn you or your wallet.
I was originally torn between this Crenova wax warmer and the adjustable GiGi wax warmer, but went with this one because it was more compact, aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, and comes with an included metal pot. Also, for the price, you get 4 free wax packets (4 x 100g = 400g TOTAL). I’ve used it once and so far, so great! The first time using it, I put it on the highest heat setting and was able to melt 1 packet of the included wax beads in ~10-15 mins. It was my first time waxing with hard wax, and the highest heat setting was able to melt AND hold the wax at a tolerable temperature for applying wax to myself without burning my skin; however, if you need scalding-high temperatures for whatever reason, this may not be the one for you. This was perfect for me, because I didn't want to risk burning myself with wax. [Note: it was NOT hot enough to work with a silicone bowl that I bought; the wax warmer’s heat was not able to penetrate through the thick silicone bowl.] It does work beautifully with the included metal pot though.I was able to do my upper lip, both armpits, and a full brazillian with just ONE of the included packets, but keep in mind that I’m not a particularly hairy person. I used the blue wax beads on clean dry skin: applied in the same direction of hair growth, waited for the wax to cool, and removed the wax in the opposite direction of growth. The wax was able to grab the hairs really well without having to prep with a powder beforehand. You just have to make sure that you really work the wax onto your skin and not make the mistake of just letting it sit on top.Given that this was my first time waxing (I did NOT use any numbing cream or pain meds), I can say that waxing is definitely LESS painful than tweezing and epilating when working with sensitive areas, because it removes a bunch of hairs at once. However, it is more painful than sugaring because waxing rips the hair out in the opposite direction of growth. But for the convenience of not having to deal with cooking/tempering the sugar to the correct temperature, it makes waxing the winner in my book.If you're new to waxing and haven't found your "go-to" brand of wax beads yet, I would recommend using the included wax beads--they're good for waxing and didn't break on me upon removal. However, I would avoid using the included popsicle sticks that come with this kit. If it’s an emergency then go ahead, but be cautious. I had two cuts on my skin afterwards and later realized that it was from the popsicle sticks. The edges are sharp and there are some wooden splinters. You can find a quality pack of ‘60 craft wooden sticks’ for cheap at your local Dollar Tree.Clean up was a breeze: I used paper towels to remove as much wax as I could, then removed the leftover residual wax with ‘Palmer’s skin therapy cleansing oil’ on a paper towel (any oil will do the trick), and finally, I washed the pot with ‘Dawn dish soap’ and rinsed with water to remove any leftover oil. The pot was good as new!I can’t speak to the longevity of it (as I’ve only used it once), but I’ll update in December 2020 if it’s anything less than stellar.EDIT: Wrote this review in exchange for a free gift, but seller never sent the gift. But for twenty-seven bucks though, I would say it’s a pretty good deal. However, its maximum temperature setting isn’t very hot and it automatically turns off (~every 5-10 mins) to prevent from overheating, so it may take some time for your wax beads to melt and when applying the melted wax on yourself, you’d have to work somewhat fast to make sure the wax doesn’t harden too quickly. But if you’re afraid of burning yourself, this wax warmer would be a safe bet.

Happy Husband
I have used wax warmers before but had to use pesky strips. This system is so super easy to use. Wax warms up so quickly. No added pain associated with traditional at home wax kits. My husband asked why haven't you been using this all along. We are both happy with this kit😁

Works well
Lightweight and easy to use. I like that I can control the temperature. the wax that it comes with works better than the Gigi one I buy from Sally's. Great product! I didn't give it 5 stars because the tin inside of the warmer moved around a lot.

Broke before second use
The wax is fine. But the warmer doesn’t really heat up well the first time I used it and then the knob fell off the second time I tried using. It’s basically unusable now and pretty upsetting that I got it only 1 weeks ago. If it works and doesn’t break as quickly there would be more stars. I wish I could have a replacement since the pink color is a lot cuter than my other wax pots. Just that knob is very flimsy and I can’t get it back on where it can turn on. The wax is ok and if they sell wax separately I’d buy it if it’s at a good price. Not as great as Cirepil hard wax but better than/ similar to Gigi hard waxes in my opinion.

The warmer is great! The lavender beans are not so effective.
Everything came as described. The warmer had melted the wax within 15minutes. I used the lavender wax beans that came with it. I wasn't impressed as the scent smelled of glue. It was quick and almost painless to peel off the wax, but it didn't do the job for hair removal. I will give the other beans a shot, in case it was just this bag that wasn't effective. The warmer itself is lightweight and great for easy storage

It works very well and its convenient
My 17 year old purchased this to wax her legs and its nice, work as i hoped, served the purpose...but the shipping sucked! I don't know whose at fault between the seller or the shippers but i do believe the seller should have packed it a little better as far as Styrofoam, bubble wrap, cushion or whatever to protect the item. The shippers should also be careful on how they handle items. The knob was off in the box, the top was cracked, i was going to send it back, but since it didnt cost too much and i tested it to see if it would work with the defects and it did, she decided to keep it.

Great at-home waxing
I like this waxing kit. It came with four Individual packs of waxing beans. It’s a great pink color. I think I’ll buy another as a gift. I added the actual box. It was hard reading descriptions to compare warmers. This one works great and is convenient, especially when we are quarantined and the salon is closed.

Awesome! Smells like glue tho
It’s awesome for how cheap it was. The warmer is perfect however it doesn’t come with a whole lot of sticks and the wax 100% smells like hot glue when warmed up. Despite that it doesn’t feel like glue nor does it spread like it either. I have now waxed my eyebrows and my legs and both don’t hurt any more and it’s only been a couple of hours. It’s perfect for what I wanted
