Highly recommend for anyone looking to support skin, joints, hair, and overall wellness!
I’ve been using this Multi Collagen Protein Powder for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. It dissolves easily in both hot and cold drinks without clumping, and there’s no noticeable taste, which makes it simple to add to coffee, smoothies, or even just water.I chose this product for the multi-collagen blend, and I’ve noticed improvements in my skin hydration, nail strength, and joint comfort. It’s also gentle on my stomach, which is a big plus compared to other collagen powders I’ve tried. The ingredient quality seems solid, and I appreciate that it includes multiple collagen types in one scoop. Overall, this is a great value for the price and has become a daily staple in my routine. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.Highly recommend for anyone looking to support skin, joints, hair, and overall wellness!

The Most Complete and Value For Money Product I Could Find.
This collagen powder contains the 5 main types of collagen (so far there are 28 known types) in peptide form (hydrolysed). I didn't like the taste and so I either put it in fruit juice or I combined it with the strawberry and raspberry collagen powder from Applied Nutrition. The powder mixed very easily in cold water using a protein shaker.Rightly or wrongly I credit the powder with the improvements I've made with a knee tendon problem.I had been struggling to find any improvement in my knee for a while and so I decided to give collagen peptides a try. I decided upon this product because it had all the main types of peptide and was at a reasonable price. One hour prior to my knee strengthening session I took a vitamin C tablet with the collagen protein drink. Over the following 8 weeks I made very good progress in terms of pain reduction and strengthening of the knee.Of course I can't say with certainty that it was using the powder(s) that accounts for the improvement in my knee - it could be coincidence - but I had made little progress prior to adding the vitamin c plus collagen protein drink. As tendon injuries can be really hard to recover from at my age (61) I'm simply happy to be in less pain and have a working knee again.

Does the job
4 stars as it contains bovine, chicken, egg, and fish collagen, but no porcine. Why not?

Soluble, doesn’t taste of anything so I can put it in my coffee. Easy to take and I do notice a difference when I don’t take it - I feel like my skin isn’t as bright and smooth if I don’t

Tastes of mouse.
Each small scoop (scoop provided) has 9g of protein. 1-2 scoops are suggested a day. I weighed two scoops to check (as another reviewer here says one scoop is 20g) However, they are wrong. One of the provided scoop is 20g.At first I mixed it in coffee. I could detect a smell about it, and a taste. In the end I couldn’t abide it, as it reminded me of the smell of finding a dead mouse which had started to rot behind one of my kitchen cabinets. And given that this is made from, well, animal skin and bones and fish & whatnot.. it’s no surprise that it smells bad. And tastes bad.I tried mixing it in protein shakes. Or smoothies. Or juice… but alas, I was already attuned to the smell and the taste of mouse death. However, I do still want to consume the product for any potential benefits. So I have hit upon a morning routine, which I desperately dread completing each and every day, but here it is:I mix two scoops into an inch of water along with a quarter of a 1,000mg dispersible vitamin C tablet (because you are supposed to take collagen with Vitamin C so that the body can absorb it, and this product does not have added vitamin C to it)I also have a large glass of uncontaminated water to hand.I then clean my teeth.I hold my nose and I gulp the foul mixture down as fast as I can. Then I continue to hold my nose as I gulp the other glass of water down.I am still holding my mouth as I rinse with mouth wash. And after all this fast gulping you can expect some belching, and I advise holding your nose for that, too.Once all that is over I can finally relax and enjoy my coffee.I’ve been doing this for about three weeks. I don’t know how I’m carrying on. Perhaps a flavoured one would’ve been better, but I severely doubt it.I have no idea if there will be any noticeable results. I will give it six months. Maybe.EDIT - I’ve come back to say I have just ordered another pack of this product. Despite dreading taking it, I am definitely feeling improvements in my muscle and joint aches and pains which come from (1) getting older! and (2) a very active life styleI put the improvements down to this as nothing else has changed in the last few months. Taking two scoops daily, it lasted me around three months. Still tastes of dead mouse tho lol

Pleasantly surprised
Was wary of buying a different brand than usual but have no choice as my other product is no longer available in the UK.However I am pleased with this product it ticks the boxes on ingredients and it has no taste when taken in my morning black coffee which is all I add it so can't comment on anything else. I have just had knee surgery so hoping this help supports my recovery. So far so good. Plus it is much cheaper than my previous product.

Great for your health.
Fantastic product and repeat purchaser. Below are all the different types of collagen, the only one missing from this product is type 4, but frankly i'm not bothered by that as i'm really not a fan of organs and i'm guessing this will impart a terrible taste to the product which is why it's omitted. Flavourless in coffee, but in my protein shake there is a distinctive taste although not particularly unpleasant.Type I Collagen: The most abundant type, found in skin, bones, tendons, and ligaments. Benefits include promoting skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles, strengthening bones, and supporting joint health.Type II Collagen: Predominantly found in cartilage. Benefits include maintaining joint health, reducing joint pain, and supporting mobility and flexibility.Type III Collagen: Often found alongside Type I collagen in skin, blood vessels, and internal organs. It provides structural support and contributes to skin's firmness and elasticity.Type IV Collagen: Essential for forming basement membranes, supporting cell structures, and filtration processes in organs like the kidneys.Type V Collagen: Found in hair, cell surfaces, and placenta, contributing to tissue formation and stability.Type X Collagen: Found in the growth plates of bones, it plays a role in bone development and mineralization.I hope someone finds this review at least somewhat helpful! I paid full price for the product and time of writing this is 31 July 2023.
