Nice replacement vent
This was a very nice replacement vent for my 2000 Jayco.Things are needing an update from all the yelling from over the years. Also I really like that you can direct the air to go in any direction you want it to instead of just blowing air across the ceiling and taking much longer to cool off the camper.Really nice for when you’re sleeping. 💞I needed to enlarge the hole just a little bit to make it fit properly so that you could turn the vent louvers. The fit was too tight in order for them to turn. All in all an easy installation and nice upgrade. Just need to get 2 more for the rest of the vents.I only got 2 just in case they wouldn’t work.

No Brainer!
I use these in my RV. I'm always tinkering/improving, (Tool Time Tim), and destroying something. Used cardboard cutouts to shut off air to the back of my RV, (made a walk-in closet/tool shop/laundry room). Up front in the bedroom I wanted to shut off the A/C during the day. So came across these vents. And they work great! Total install time for the first one... Not including getting the drill out, finding the right bit, and then dropping the screws 4000 times because I didn't use the magnetic bit... The install should have taken about 5 minutes. I was so pleased with the end results I ordered a second vent for the bathroom which sits between the main cabin and the bedroom. This time, had the drill ready, the magnetic bit and total install time... 5 minutes! Pop the old cover off, hold the new vent in place and used self tapping screws and up it went... And they work great! Would highly recommend these vents. Just save yourself the aggravation and use a magnetic tip the first time and life will be that much better. Hope this helps. -Mike :)

Replace old vents in motorhome
These were a perfect fit and helped make a clean appearance on the ceiling in our Four Winds Hurricane and to replace some broken from previous owner.THE ONLY ISSUE: I would expect better quality control, I no it was only one out of the ten we bought but it had a piece broke off in the control bar for the fins. I ended up drilling it where the pin was supposed to be and put a piece of copper wire through (copper doesn't rust) and made it work. unfortunately it would have been a waste to return for new one.

Made a BIG difference for air flow control in our Coleman Mach roof mounted Air Conditioner
We have a non-ducted AC unit in our popup and it blew too much cold air to each end bunk but none in the main part of the camper. So I removed the inside cover, cut a 4-1/2" hole with a sabre saw and mounted this vent right below the main air outlet. You have to supply your own (4) screws. Now we can open this vent when we are in the center of the camper and redirect air to the dinnette or galley to stay cool. We can close it to maximize air to the beds while sleeping or doing other "adult things" in bed in hot weather. Well worth the money and effort to install.

Unacceptable Packing Job!
As others have mentioned, the part was poorly packed and came broken. One vent plate was knocked out completely breaking off the control pin. The vent plate is OK and snapped back into place. The amount of effort it took to snap it back in indicates that this part took a big hit in shipping. Unfortunately the attachment pin broke off so the vent is loose and not attached to the others. I am giving the part 5 stars as it works great and is pretty clever. I am giving the shipping process 1 star. Fortunately for me, I was able to fabricate a replacement pin from metal and get the part working.

Identical to OEM Four Winds RV AC Vents
There are a perfect match for the original AC vents in our 2006 Four Winds Class C. Nice to not have yellowed vents any longer....Super easy to swap as you'd expect. Louvers work fine. Stay where you put them.. unlike one original vent I had. I'd buy these again if I needed them.

They are "okay"
These are overs are okay and do the job. Based on the picture I thought they were a 2 piece covers, and there was an insert that went in whole, then you screwed the cover on top. But they are just one piece, and screw to the roof. If you look through the vent you can see the foil that covers the insulation. While I was waiting for these 3 to come, I bought 2 from local RV dealer for same price that were much better quality, wish I just bought all 5 from the dealer.
