Tastes good. Mix it with coffee and it's amazing. Mix it with orange Gatorade and it tastes like a orange cream-sicle. Mix with water and it tastes like vanilla water. It's only negative is It will give you the farts if you don't eat soon after taking it. Some may think that's another positive.

Used it for training worked well. However after the workout I wanted to vomit. This stuff will make you sick. Glad I only had a sample pack and not a full tub.
