RothcoVintage Canvas Star Backpack, Khaki

Very nice, thick material, great color, nice side pockets, nice straps, fits perfectly on the body. It doesn't have the extra pocket for a laptop, it doesn't have any inside pockets, it's still beautiful to me.

My daughter wanted this backpack specifically and for the first time it wasn’t smothered in cheesy characters so I obliged. This backpack is for real, it’s got many pockets of different sizes, it’s got cinch downs, it’s made of tough canvas and after I sprayed it with waterproofing it’s perfect for my daughter whom walks 1/2 mile down our driveway in the PNW weather. Would absolutely buy again.

Shipping was very fast and the product arrived as described. I am currently taking six classes and the bag is able to accommodate my books. The bag is very eye catching...I have received many compliments. It's not too bulky and not too small, the size is just right. I have always had a distaste for "big book bags". This is bag is just right!

It’s not the biggest backpack by any means, but it has a lot of separating zippers on the inside. Fits nicely and the design is chef’s kiss.

Backpack is just as pictured. Good construction; good quality zippers and stitching throughout. Lots of small pockets to store items. Love the vintage military look.

I got this to use as a diaper bag when I'm solo with my baby boy. Call me insecure, but as a man, I don't enjoy carrying around a giant purse as all diaper bags are. This bag is more fit for a dad and his son.Anyhow... this bag seems to be a good buy. I just toss it around, and I haven't yet had any problems with seams coming apart of zippers breaking. I like that it has a lot of pockets, which makes it easy to separate all of my stuff. The side pockets are good for water bottles, and the shoulder straps are comfortable enough.I wouldn't recommend it for school books or laptops since it's just a floppy canvas bag and it won't do a good job of distributing a heavy load. But for the price it works well enough to tote around a few things.The army-esque look of it is pretty cool. But I'm Asian, and I thought for a minute that the red star was a little Chairman Mao-ish. But no biggie, I still like it anyway.

My teenage son has been using this daily since we received it. This backpack seems durable and it is roomy enough for all the books and binders he needs to carry each day.

It looks a lighter khaki in person. It came with a few circular droplet like stains on the side which was disappointing. It is a cute style though but I can see it showing dirt really easily due to the color and fabric.
