No customer service to speak of
The pecron e1500 worked perfectly the first time out camping, plenty of available power for my wife’s 1600 watt blow dryer and miscellaneous items , also powered the lights and cell phones in the camper no problem, two weeks ago I needed to to power my 12 volt portable fridge when I noticed the pecron wasn’t working. After checking with my meter I confirmed that the 12 volt side is not working. (The 120 volt is working fine)I contacted pecron twice explaining the problem in detail , no response, I want to give this neat little power supply 5 stars, but after this customer service snafu I really can’t.2 stars only and that’s being generous. Up date 9/25/21 ,have been in contact with customer service ,we’ll see what happensUpdate, as of 10/9/21 pecron replaced my 1500 with the same model but added the quick charger to boot, well done pecron, I also purchased 4-100 watt solar panels to charge this thing, that worked great also, during peak sun it charged at 305 watts, so I’m very happy with the Pecron overall, again thank you for making this right.

Seems ok . Maybe a 31/2 * due to cord compatibility
This unit works as expected providing plenty of battery time to run my port fridge for 10-12 hrs before I solar charge it while camping. Love the fact you can charge while providing power.One thing though and I would love to hear if anyone else has had this experience. When charging either thru a 110 outlet or solar panel it starts out normal with the displayed rate increasing until it reaches 50% capacity. All progression with charge time remaining moves slowly as it should. Then between 50 and 51% it automatically jumps to 100% and displays 0 charge time remaining. The decrease rate displayed is normal in progression downward, it just happens on the charge increase.Having a hard time finding compatible cords to lengthen the distance between cooler and generator with the aviation ports.UPDATE: 41/2 * I will change my rating to reflect that the seller was contacted by me over the charging display issue. I received a prompt response and no questions asked provided a return label and sent me another power station... so good customer service. Still have to hold back 1/2 star over cord compatibility. The initial charge went just fine, no "jump from 50% charged to 100. So I will see how it goes.

Pecron E1500 power station
Wonderful portable power station with plenty of power and very simplistic to power on, but has many features as well. To use AC appliance just turn switch on to activate the AC inverter to power your appliance, shut off after you shut off your appliance. Has 4 AC outlets, with 2 having ground plugs. Also has 2 USB ports (standard) DC 5v - 2A, 12v - 1.5A, and includes power supply, cigarette plug port and barrel plugs cable, mc4 cable for solar panels, car charger cable and power supply carrying case, with user manual & warranty card. Has a great informative display, displaying battery percentage, power input & output, & run time. Charges pretty quickly and can run a small window AC, portable heater less than 1500 watts, and a refrigerator up to 20 - 22 cubic feet. Overall a great and powerful compact power station which weighs about 25 lbs.

Awesome.
Used for my last trip in my travel trailer and came in very handy. Only gave it a 3 because the adapter for the cigarette lighter did not work and will need to get a replacement. I will update the review when and if I get a replacement.

Doesn't charge from solar... won't run fridge on 12 Volt.
The connectors are terrible. At first, when one connector failed, I got prompt reply. The second time, to let them know that the cords don't work and and the unit will not work with solar panels, no response. I had planned on running 12 v fridge with the unit, but the "cigarret adaptor" with the Pecron will not work with the fridge, so to use it means having the 120 running and that is extremely inefficient. So if I can't charge it with solar and I have to use 2 -3 x more power to run the fridge, I have to give it a fail.

Which Solar Panel?
The unit charges to 100% via wall outlet. But I cannot find the right solar panel to connect to it. I have ordered two different ones and had to return because there was no way to connect to the Pecron. :-(

Electrical outlet use...Solar power - suspect
I received my Pecron on June 23rd. This far, it has ONLY been able to charge via an electrical outlet. I have attempted to charge on three different solar panels and it does NOT charge. If anyone knows of the brand, model solar panels that will charge my Pecron. Please, advise. I'm beyond the window to return by 10 days.

Why arent solar panels available. Didnt know ( leadfarmer73) Thanks did a review needed more power to be able to use solar power. Disapointed!!!!
