I gave this 3 stars so people would read the review to see why. It does not deserve 3 stars and here is why. In the Amazon description it says it is suitable for aggressive acids. This was put to use dispensing 70% nitric acid and after about 3 months it literally melted :( . Now as to why it does and does not deserve 3 stars. I called Scilogex to ask what was up with it melting when Amazons description says it is suitable for aggressive liquids and acids. The lady told me if I had checked their websites compatibility chart I would have seen that this is only rated for up to 30% nitric acid. Ah ha I said I guess that explains the melting and blows the three year guarantee, yup she said.I accepted this as the company or product can not be faulted for misuse intentional or not. So it is partially my fault for not aggressively researching just what aggressive means and partially the fault of a misleading description.If used within the parameters of the compatibility chart this thing would have been great. Due to our unintentional misuse it died an early death. So if you are using the approved liquids by all means buy this as it worked great up until its demise.

It works great but breaks extremely easy. Its really cheap plastic. The replacement parts are also ridiculously priced.

Look, as with any hardware and sensitive equipment... you have to use them as intended and you have to not be a bull headed, slam down the pump, goober. Take your time, get the accurate measurement. I've purchased several of these for my business and with DAILY use.. they last about a year. That's with pumping viscous VG as well as PG.

I was generously sent a replacement for this device after my first cracked on the second day using it. I set up the second using a mixture of food-grade non-volatile flavoring and it cracked in a different spot in less than an hour of use. I really just want to be refunded at this point but it apparently does not qualify for returns. Considering I’m using liquids that are literally edible it is evidently not resistant to any type of solvents.

Absolute garbage. Broke within minutes of first use

Using it for Methadon dispensing in pharmacy, works great and accurate so far, good price
