golo Wool Yarn for Knitting 550yd 0.22Ib Cachemire Multicolor Rainbow Yarn (Blue-21)

My grandson chose this yarn specifically for a pair of socks. I have not begun to knit them yet so cannot really give any more of a review than that it arrived, the colors are what he chose....

My biggest problem with ordering certain brands of yarn from Amazon is that the sellers either misrepresent the gauge/weight of the yarn or give NO weight information at all. This is a VERY fine-gauge yarn. Probably a 0-1 (maybe) weight.It's nice yarn for what it is but I will pair it up with another strand of something to make it easier to handle and not take me the rest of my life to finish something.If Amazon is going to start charging for "certain" returns they'd better get their sellers to give accurate/complete product descriptions and realistic photos.

I ordered blue, but received green. But, I’ll find a use for I. I like the way this yarn works up, turns out very soft & light vibe got more of the multicolored coming, for a large shawl or sweater

This product is very soft and works well for my project. That being said, if you need a specific shade for a specific project you may not want to order this. I ordered light purple and what I got is much darker than what was pictured.

This yarn is not horrible. The weight is a fairly thick lace weight. It has a fuzziness that is prone to snagging and knotting. It makes it difficult to pull stitches (crochet) out, hence the 3 for beginners. I found it to pill up some. The colors are nice and yet not as vibrant as I anticipated. I don’t think it’s a very high quality of fiber but it can be worked with. I went to a larger hook and added a second lace weight thread with it. That seems to help the fiber glide on it’s self. I’m not a beginner nor an expert, so my opinion is just that. Beginners will struggle with it, experts will not like the quality, and I will use in projects that it’s not a big player in (multi stand Rugs or baskets). And I’ll not purchase it again.***update*** the photo I’ve added shows some of the quality issues and the fuzzy issues. It shows up a couple of times in this particular skein.

So soft and squishy lol. I’ve not used yet but definitely will. Good for a lightweight yet still cozy for baby blanket. I recommend this yarn. A little on the pricey side. Still good tho

This is for only 1 ball of yarn. The picture shows 2 so I expected 2.

The product looks better then what the picture shows. I'm in love with the skeins I received in the order.
