If I say I've already ordered another as a spare, then you'll judge I'm happy with this. Used on a 30Kg active labrador, and working very well. Good recoil, but not excessive, swivel on the collar catch which reduces wear on the last few cm of the lead itself. The brake / lock is intuitive and easy to use with one hand, even in gloves. The accessories made me laugh. The collapsible water bowl is about as large as my dog's snout and would hold 100ml max, and the collar is really terrier sized - not suited for the 30-50Kg this lead is supposed to fit. Poo bags always handy, and I took the little carabiner off the holder, put it on the ring on the body of the lead, it's a handy place to fasten the lead end, reducing snagging and wear when I'm carrying it. These leads never last forever, but this is comperable to the £25 plus ones in our local petshop.

I was told by my friend who also brought home a puppy at the same time as myself that he has come across this great retractable lead. We have been regularly exchanging notes so based on his recommendation I ordered this. When the box was delivered and I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised that the box contained not only the dog lead, but other contents which formed a neat starter pack. The box was well packed and contained an extendable dog lead, a collar, a collapsible dog bowl, Poo bag dispenser and two poo bagsI tested the retractable lead over the weekend and took my puppy out for few walks. Has a smooth retraction and pull back. I have another collapsible bowl already at home and these are pretty handy to carry. This one is of good quality as well. The collar is chunky, has a clip and feels of premium quality. The poo dispenser is cutely shaped like a dig bone.I think overall this is good product and I am happy with this purchase. I will definitely recommend this product.

Have bought two of these, as the first lead ended up peeling the grey rubber after daily use. Bought a second as I like how it feels and ease of use, but found again it starts to peel away the grey rubber. Have switched to a leather lead now my dog is older and no longer worries he'll not come back once let off.

I'm not usually good with retractable leads - just couldn't get the hang of them. However, this lead is perfect for me to use and I can even manage it one handed. It feels comfortable to hold and has a matter finish so its not slippery.The collar is soft and feels comfortable and set to its smallest setting is perfect for my spaniels.The bone shaped poo bag holder clips to the handle of the lead and comes with a roll of bags inside plus a spare roll.The collapsible water bowl also clips to the handle of the lead and will be fabulous for giving the dogs a drink on a long walk.Overall I am impressed with the quality, ease of use and extras like the water bowl and bag holder.

This is the best value item I’ve purchased in ages!! The little pop up bowl is so handy and excellent quality. The dog poop bag holder and spare bags are a plus too!! The collar is so comfy and soft but still tough. The clip is such a bonus rather than the usual holes. The lead is great quality too and retracts perfectly!! Overall a brilliant great value for money buy!!

Comfortable to hold and easy to use, does the job perfectly. There was a little short piece of narrow lead which I threw away as I didn't know what it was for, I now realise that you can use this with a harness and use the short bit to attach to the collar as well, really wish I hadn't thrown it away as my dog tries to chew his lead and this could have prevented it! I am hoping that the seller reads this and offers to send me a replacement!

Good sturdy holder, however the button to stop or release is a little hard to use.Maybe I just need to get used to it a little more

My first one was faulty, after speaking to the company they had a replacement out the next day, (great customer service) Now used this new one for a week, and its so much better, strong, easy to hold and operate even for my strong Lab. The tape is strong and the clip is much chunkier than most, so much easier to use. The poo bags & holder and bowl are a great idea and very useful.
