I like the belt/hook loop in the back. Your belt goes through the loops securely attaching the holder. The loops are wide enough to fit a fairly wide belt. There is no way it can slip off or someone pulling it off. I put it in my gym bag to help protect my phone when I am at the gym.

UPDATE: Unfortunately I feel like I need to knock 2 starts off for a quality issue. Combined with the flap being crooked, I just noticed that the material on the bottom part of the flap where you would naturally grab to open it is already tearing and peeling off. I'm afraid this case won't last very long at this rate. I try to not use my fingernails to open it in an attempt to avoid this, but I've only had it for 2 weeks and it's already tearing.I got this product based on the measurements and the reviews stating that it actually fit large phones with heavy duty cases. I have a Pixel 2XL and got an i-Blason case and this holster case fits in PERFECTLY. It's a good option for large phones with large cases on them. The material is pretty good for the price (obviously not real high quality leather, but good enough). It will probably wear down after a long time of use, but by then I'll probably be on to my next phone anyway. I don't use the belt loops, only the clip, as I take this case off and on sometimes multiple times per day. The clip strength is excellent. I have no fear that my phone will fall out or the pouch itself will fall off my belt using only the clip.The only drawback I found was that the flap that closes to encase the phone is actually a little bit crooked. It's not terrible, but it's definitely noticeable. I did not take a star off for this as it's a minor issue, and for the price paid the value definitely exceeds the price, but I wanted to make it known for those that may be extremely anal with that kind of stuff. All things considered, I'd still buy it again given that it's under $15.

I didn't like that it didn't hold up and now I'm always having to check to make sure my phone is still on my hip because one of the straps have broken. Very disappointed.

Stitching that holds the belt clip on started tearing way too soon within a few days

My Moto G Stylus with Poetic case fits this case just perfectly with no unused space or sag. The case's lid is magnetically held in place and the belt loops and slip over friction clasp acts and another belt loop making the pouch very secure when attached to the belt. the friction clasp is useful to me when I have to remove the phone case for a while and put it back in place several times a day (mostly when using a backpack with hip belt). Bottom material is same construction (not stretchy weave) so I don't expect it to sag which my other pouch did after several months.

I've been using these holsters for several years now. The one thing I really like about them is that they have actual loops to go over your belt so it's impossible to drop the case with the phone in it. The only issue I have is that the belt loops do eventually separate from the case so that I end up buying a new one. I will confess that I'm a pretty big guy, so that fact that these last at least six months and are relatively cheap makes them a great choice. It's a small price to pay for keeping an expensive phone safe. This particular model fits my Galaxy S8+ in an Otterbox Defender case with no problems. I always buy two so that if the first one gets worn out I will have a spare.

I have to have a protective case on my phone because the smart phones all slip out of my hands. But I couldn't find a case to put on my belt that fit. Finally found this one and it's just what the doctor ordered, so to speak.

I love this holster! I used to get custom holsters that had a lot of moving parts and would easily break without warning. This fits my needs and has a strong magnet in the flap to hold it closed. I usually slip the belt clip over my belt which fits snugly. I have tried to thread my belt through the loops but couldn't manage to do it. Maybe I need to keep trying or let it break in more but I like ease of the belt clip.My phone is a Motorola e5 supra in a hardcase. The hardcase came with a custom holster that broke about a week after I got it but the hardcase is a keeper.

Having to find somewhere to support the Samsung Note 20 Ultra, when not in use, is not an easy task. It's too big for the average pouch, or even the so-called large one. However, this "oversized" belt pouch is a perfect fit for the mobile phone. My phone has a protective cover around the back and sides, and still fits the pouch comfortably.On the belt, it is horizontally placed, and high enough for minimum inconvenience when putting a hand in the trouser pocket on the same side. This can be annoying with some lower-slung pouches.The opening flap is easy to operate with one hand, making the immediate use of the phone quick, when necessary.I have tried many other pouch systems, ranging from the "bum bag" to the lanyard type. I'm so satisfied with this one that I have ordered a second one for 2 pairs of spectacles on the other side of the belt. What more can I say.

Looks to be ok we will see if it takes the weight as the fittings seem some what on the small side
