Especially since we added a video bird feeder in front of another perch with the GOOD GOOD seed so it’s a constant flow of fat birds antagonizing her from the other side of her prison glass. The 3rd perch is now in my daughter’s room. Mavis enjoys hiding behind the curtain on her perch and popping out unexpectedly to warn unsuspecting oblivious doggo below that she could be invited to BAP TOWN at any moment. Typical orange cat behavior. Still a solid purchase. Original review: I bought 3 of these perches for sweet little baby princess creamsicle itty bitty pretty Mavis ginger kitty cat. Petite princess baby Mavis uses them all multiple times a day depending on what she wants to stalk at the time. She especially likes the one strategically placed in front of the window overlooking 3 hummingbird feeders. Mavis is a textbook definition CAT and either loves something or hates it. Or loves something one day and then hates it forever. Or loves something for 18 days and then wants it to die. Mavis has never wanted any of her 3 perches to die. She enjoys all of them, even when the PVC on the one pictured here broke in half after a few weeks and her handy human dad rigged it back up and running immediately as to ensure she was not displeased for too long. The hummingbird perch is the most used and has never broken or had a single problem so Mavis assumed it was a fluke and didn’t mention it again. Mavis is pleased by this product and would demand that I buy again.

This is pretty simple to put together and my ~7lb cat sleeps in it daily. He likes to look out the window (like most cats do) and this allows him to lounge instead of standing in the windowsill. The mesh bottom is nice should it be warm out so kittys don’t get too hot. Also since it’s mesh I don’t have to fuss about cleaning up the hair as it wipes right off. At night I like to close my blinds and curtains so I just pull the pvc off the suction cups and fold it flat then close my blinds. That way I don’t have to completely remove it every night. I’ve not hand any problems with the suction cups coming off doing this which speaks to their quality. I would purchase again and also recommend.

A very easy to assemble window seat. The materials are light weight and easy to assemble. Deployment is simple. Place suction cups on window, place tubing on the suction cups (endcap style anchor), and then setting neutral tension (maximum distance on cable, but not pulling) place the anchor suction cups. I've had mixed success in keeping the cable anchor points to stay. Weather will affect efficacy, if your window experiences shifts in temperature, such as morning shade and evening sun, you may experience varied results with the suction on the cable anchors. I have several cats, and they fight over this seat! The love they have for sitting in the window is evident. Under load of several cats, the stitching on the matting has started to fray. 6 months, and 3 cats later it's showed a little wear and some pulling away from the stitches. Very simple fix with some thread, twine, or wire to stitch and reinforce the seam/connection point. Will buy again, but probably hang 3m contact strips and hang the upper supports from the top of the window (wooden area or above). Be aware: This product does not easily scale anchor distance. Meaning that the anchors will go at the top of most standard windows, and the mat/base will be 4-5 inches from the window sill or bottom of the window. When I tried to improvise a shorter draw on the cables, it felt like the weight tension ratio to cable was off and I lost suction as well.

My poofy, chunky Toulouse lovesssss his sleeping positions. I bought this almost a year and a half ago - want to know his favorite thing in our home? THIS. He sleeps in this for easily 6-13 hours a day. His naps start at 1 and he spends most of the night sleeping in it as well. Toulouse is not French model skinny, nor is he the biggest of the big. But his 8 lb fluffy self can easily fit and he loves it more than life itself. If anything were to put this in perspective- my husband and I are divorcing and my first thought was ‘omg how am I going to replace the hammock’. Thank god this is still for sale because I might have to stay with my husband in order to keep this in our lives. Toulouse would file against ME otherwise. In all seriousness, it’s sturdy, long lasting (literally a min of 8 hrs a day for a year plus), doesn’t cause any annoyance with my curtains, isn’t loud, etc. and my boy loves it. 11/10

My cat loves this window seat! She lays on it for hours. I assembled it in minutes & it’s so easy to take off and on the window as you wish without ruining the suction power. She jumps up and it hold her plus on old pillow I added. The only negative I have is the material is not very soft for your cat to lay on, but it’s not a big deal. I definitely recommend if your cat loves to look out the window and sun bathe nearby.

I loved this purchase initially because it’s easy to put together and my cat loves it. However, today one of the pvc joints cracked even though I haven’t had it 5 months yet and my cat is barely 9lbs. The suction cups also come loose a lot even with wetting them a little or keeping it dry etc. I’ve tried everything to make those things stay stuck. I’ll definitely be getting another one but not from this brand as it doesn’t last and it’s not totally safe for my cat.

I bought this Hammock and it was not a good idea. The assembly was okay, it was easy yet the tubes wouldn't stick to each other. The description said that it could hold up to 30 lbs and I had high expectations. Knowing that it was a cheap product, I shouldn't have raised my hopes up. It was fine at first after installing. Even though the hammock was kind of bent we didn't make it a big deal. Since the hammock was long and covered most of the windows. it was difficult for my cat to jump on it. The windows of my apartment are very tall but tight so there was no chance for my kitty to get on top of the sill and then jump on the hammock. We had to carry her whenever she meowed or looked interested in looking out the window. One afternoon while I was at work, the hammock fell off while my 7 lbs cat was laying on it. That's how I knew that I needed to get rid of it and get another one. I decided to spend money on a window perch that was actually worth it and ever since then I haven't experienced any problem with the new window perch. I think that the biggest issue was the suction cups. I even put them inside of warm water before placing them on the window, but it just didn't work. Oh well, at least I learned my lesson.

The best hammock I ever owned. My cat weighs 16 lbs and he had it for over 4 years. I wanted to get a replacement but it seems like they're unavailable now but still, it's a very amazing product!
