Parker Brothers Sorry! Sliders

The game comes with 4 different playing areas from easy to a little difficult. The kids can be a little bit competative when playing. There is always lots of laughing and saying "sorry" during game play as well. The box is very sturdy and holds all the pieces safely together. Definitely a great find for game day.

Bought this game on sale from Amazon and kids love playing it.Was sooo easy to set up. Comes with 4 cardboard pieces that have two parts you pop out then you take the little plasic side blockers and put those one open up the sliders and pawns. My 7 year olds had no problem setting this up they had it done before i was done reading the different variations for play. We like that there are different ways you can play it and they even make up their own rules which is just as much fun and good for them to learn too.I think even if you did break the blocker pieces or side ones would be easy enough to jimmy rig something in place. Why some say so hard to put together i am not sure and we just leave ours all put together in the box i would not take them apart too many times or would think the side blockers might break or get lost.Anyway we like it and is a fun variation from original Sorry.Only thing i wish after having many board games in those book boxes that this one had a nice storage compartment instead of just throwing all in the box but again kids have come up with solution of bags and padded envelope even for the score cards since they want to keep it in good shape.

great game for kids

I am 22 years old. The last time I played this game was 3rd grade and I have completely forgotten about this game till I saw it on Amazon and the pictures on here is how it used to be but I just got it in today and it is different than what it showes on Amazon and this one is not parker Brothers it is hashbro. But I like how it showes the contents and stuff is on the box inside when you open it.

The whole box had sustained water damage which is fine as it's just the exterior, however some of the cardboard panels had also received water damage, and given the game is based on the level of friction the board provides, this ruins the game. The pieces also didn't roll very well but that may have just been it's age and not necessarily dirt build up or rust. There were obvious signs of wear on the rules and map pieces.I would have rated this as used and not like new and I feel like that should have been apparent to anyone who actually looked at it and I can only assume that no one did.

We bought this in hopes to have something fun to play with our kids (5 & 7) and it exceeded our expectations! This game is fun for everyone. It's highly competitive and the kids love that they can "knock" our pawns off the board or out of the way. It took a bit for the kids to understand the "foul line" but once they got it they were doing great. It's a quick game so you can play several rounds, if you've got time to waste, or just a quick one before bedtime. It's super fun and anyone, who can flick a pawn and count to 5, can play! Plus there are 4 different boards you can play with different challenge levels. This is a game that kids AND adults will be begging to play over and over!

My daughter had been asking for this game for a while, we finally found it. Its a fun game for kids, parents and grandparents. She got it for Christmas and 3 grandparents were even playing it without the kids at one point. Good family game. Quick to set up and put up. Not sure 4 and younger would grasp the concept of how to play though. ages 6 to 74 played it at our house with no issue.

Some of the rules as explained on the enclosed rule sheet were a little lacking or confusing, but where we had a question, we either searched the internet, or just figured out something that worked for us!
