It is made with a wide strap across the lower part of the head and it is wide enough that it is very comfortable not like another one that had a more narrow strap there at the back of my neck that seemed to need more tightening to be effective and caused me a pain and although similar in construction to the last one I was using this one keeps my mouth closed better and the part under your chin is wider which is good and works better for me. The construction is good and the material is good as it is not foam and I had developed an allergy to the others that I have tried with the stretchy foam. With those I started getting red spots on my face in certain spots but when I quit using them and switched to this one the spots went away and have not returned. I will be using this one from now on. Thankfully, it feels much better and is more effective.

I ordered this Chin Strap in August. I was pleased with the fit, ease of use and quality. So.. I reordered it on this order, however the strap I got was a much smaller size than the previous one even though the scan code on the box was identical, (X002LKSJ33). I cannot get the new one on my head, it is unusable. I emailed Customer Support as printed on the box, but of yet not received a reply.

Pros: it has some really good Velcro that won’t accidentally turn loose. It’s comfortable considering it’s a chin strap. You can adjust it as tight as you need.Cons: the top part was too long for my head and overlapped enough for the end to touch my ear. The back part is a little too short to cover all the Velcro and allows the hook part to want to stick to the pillow case.I trimmed the end of the top part and put super glue on the edges to keep them together. I use it often. I’m sure it will fit some people’s head with no problem.

I had high hopes but first night with this on SnoreLab recorded my worst night in weeks.One night of course isn't enough of a sample, so I'll continue to try this for the next week. Oh lord night number 2 was terrible.I can't really complain about this product so please don't construe this as anything about product quality which is excellent. But, second night was horrible. My jaw hurt wearing it more tightly; and my snoring was off the charts bad, never ever worse per the Ap Snorelab.I took it off in the middle of the night and Snorelab results were dramatically different. From "Epic" snoring to "Light". So for me this isn't going to be the solution.I'll take up potential solutions with my ENT clinic to explore other options.

If you have facial hair, it becomes quite painful to wear a after a few hours. Additionally it doesn’t really help snoring

Item arrived quickly and in good condition. However, only used once as my partner said it made my snoring much worse.
