Great product makes great tarts and pastry is perfect every time you will need to buy a perforated baking mat called a Air mat

Not non stick
Seemed a good product for making (gluten free) crumpets. Unfortunately the mixture stick to these and the crumpets don't come out easily. The plastic is also melting (not sure if I am cooking above the stated temp)
