This action camera fitted simply to the handle bars and was simple to operate via the large buttons on the waterproof casing.The camera came with a large number of accessories, so it could be ridged up for most situations. The camera itself has a standard tripod mount, although the waterproof case needed a couple of the accessories to enable mounting on a tripod, which was unexpected but OK.The only minor issue, hence 4 stars, is the very minimal manual that accompanies the camera. There are some minor grammatical errors, so I would guess the document was written in a foreign language and translated. Fortunately, the touch screen is very responsive and intuitive, so the manual was enough to get me started. I needed a few minutes to learn how to operate via the physical button, which is essential once the camera is inside its waterproof housing.I also downloaded the associated "Road Cam" app for my Android phone, which uses the same WiFi hot-spot principal as the Campark wild-life camera that I already use. Once your phone is connected to the Camera's Wifi, then using the App is simple; however, be aware that your phone will not like a hot-spot without internet access, so may try to drop the connection. The "Road Cam" app is OK for basic controls, viewing the live image (about 1 second delay) and downloading video etc. from the camera, but the video editor and sharing facility didn't work for me.I uploaded a short clip taken using the camera, so you can see the quality.

TIP: to open the waterproof case you can use a teaspoon to pop the clasp open.TIP: this does it come with an SD Card so you need to buy one. It also requires the newer, faster U3 cards.This camera may well be 4k but let's face it not many people have the viewing equipment capable of handling this. What was more important to me was the fact it can record in Full HD 1080p at blisteringly fast 90fps. This speed is exactly what is needed when recording high velocity footage and is what was action cams were originally designed for.It also has an image stabilisation option which allows you to actually view the films without feeling like you are spinning around inside a tumble dryer.The waterproof case is a nice touch, it's a hard composite and will protect your cam from dust and damage from tumbles too. The clasp is quite tight but this is what makes it waterproof.The screen is touchscreen although you use buttons when in the case. I would have liked an option to manually focus an area when touching the screen.It comes with so many connection options so you should find one compatible for your own helmet/needs.The videos it creates are great quality so you will not be disappointed.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We purchased this camera for our upcoming holiday and my husband tried it in the car as a dash cam and we filmed a little outside in the evening.We were very surprised how good the video quality was. We also very much liked the touch screen which is very responsive as well as the menu system.The camera comes with so many accessories! We can perhaps use it while cycling and skiing attached on our helmet.This camera will be in our bag always anywhere we go now. We really look forward using it on our next trip, until it will be useful as a dash cam!

To be honest, for the money, I could have lived with this camera. It's not a the same build or picture quality of a GoPro, so don't buy one if you think it will be, but picture quality, stabilisation seemed pretty good.However, and I assume it was a fault with this particular camera, as the audio had a very noticeable low pitched buzz/tone on the recordings, both with the internal mic and an external one I purchased for it.Also, the phone app. was not very intuitive or easy to navigate and as others have mentioned, you gave to give it all sorts of permissions to access files and data? Mmm?Anyway, got a refund and now going for a more more capable camera.
