LOCKER AND DOOR CLOSING ISSUE
Sir.,I have purchased Godrej BERO During Jan 2025 and same installed during February while installation the service man from Trichy (Products is at Gobichettipalayam) 6 hrs travel distance took lot of time also locker, door not working properly.Complaints were raised erode vendor called and asked photo ,video I asked when you will come for repair or replacement he told first time who servised same vendor is responsible we informed godrej wats ap complaint also made first time installed vendor I called and send photo video and no response .Kindly replace new one with good working condition or else settle the issue as soon as possible .Lot of money around 30k spent but not getting satisfaction up to now.

Very bad support from Amazon and Godrej
They left the locked cupboard at 7.30am. There is no communication about installation although it was charged. There is no handle, no keys…. No communication. There is no support from Amazon or Godrej. Never to for online purchase of Godrej cupboards through Amazon.
