This is my second time trying a mouth guard as I wear veneers and I also grind my teeth terribly and it’s the first time I’ve ever liked it. The steps are easy to follow, the size is perfect, I can wear it in the days at home Bcz it’s comfortable. I think it was worth the purchase 👍🏻

I have tried multiple brands of mouth guards. This one is the best by far as it stays in your mouth and it’s easy to form to your mouth. It is very comfortable and thinner than some of them. The thicker brands have a tendency to come out during the night and I have no problems with this brand! The size is perfect to protect all of my teeth. Love it!

Such a great mouth guard! Bang for your buck, this is a great, but even if I had to pay more, I would continue to purchase this guard.The first mouth guard I tried was one that didn't mold to my mouth. I couldn't stand it! Eventually I decided to try a formed guard and bought this brand because of the reviews. I loved it, but I really just thought that it was the ability to mold it to my mouth that made it so great.One set lasted me a long time, but after a vacation I came home without my last guard. I slept horribly for a few days before going to the store and buying one they had in stock. They were awful, so I tried another brand. Again, awful. So I re-ordered these and hope i never have to find a new brand. Here's what I love that other brands might not have:-I pop the guard into hot water for like 15 seconds before popping it into my mouth and sucking while pressing in on my lips for 30 seconds. Then I'm done. So quick and easy!- The material is smooth so my ADHD brain doesn't find spots to obsess over.-It's thick enough to keep my teeth from grinding, but thin enough that I can forget it's in while I'm reading/ trying to fall asleep.-It's tough. I grind really hard, and have only destroyed one guard. All of the others have been lost due to my carelessness.-It's forgiving. If I mess up on my first attempt to form it, I can put it back in the hot water and give it another shot.-It stays tight even after months of use.

I have a very small mouth, even though my husband calls me a big mouth. Ha ha.Anyway this is the only mouth guard that will fit comfortably for me. I’ve tried lots of them. Super easy and very comfortable.

These mouth guards work and are easy to mold. But small is extremely small and would only go back to the bicuspid area. If you want the mouthpiece to be between the molars then get a larger size. I should have. I waisted my money on this because I thought it was a woman’s size small not a child’s size small. Huge difference. Buy for a child. Look for a larger size for an adult. If you’ve been told by your dentist you have a child size mouth buy this it works great.

The guard conformed to the shape of my mouth and is VERY comfortable. One caution, scoop it out of the hot water fast because the soft material will collapse on itself. Perfect for small mouths! I'm an adult.I previously tried a mouth guard from a different company. Even though I followed their directions, it barely changed shape. It chafed and needed to be removed mid-sleep to prevent sores.

What horrible waste of money

This comes with instructions and makes and inexpensive mouth guard. It comes with a storage box which is good to have for traveling. It was easy to make a mouth guard the fits my small mouth.

Product vs cost is great! Mouth guard order was processed and received quickly. First attempt to form the piece was successful. It fits snug and doesn't feel too large. I've had other mouth guards that are uncomfortable and leave my jaw aching. Not so with this piece. Definitely recommend and when I need more, this will be my go-to mouth guard.

They are more comfortable than my one I bought from my dentist that was custom made.

I had to trim these both at the back (too long) and the front (too high) but they are easy to shape and cut and work great.
