Next Wave SHARK SD120 CNC Machine

This CNC is top quality and extremely easy to use. If this is the right table size for you, buying this CNC is a no brainer.

The product was to be for hobbies with carving wood designs. When it was purchased at the end of September a 3 year free software program with Vectric for Vcarve came with it. Li ttle did we know until I made my initial inquiry that the software came from England and that is with whom I would have to speak to help learn the program. Since that time I have had numerous software problems and unfortunately the next wave technicians (even doing their best to assist us) did not have the answers. To throw another problem Vectric upgraded their software program to V11 and it has been giving me grief. Also the time difference makes it even more difficult. We have to wait sometimes a day or longer for an answer. Since the purchase I have been able to carve one item and that was only because of the help of a you tuber. I have worked with wood for 30+years and have never encountered such problems. I am thoroughly disgusted and frustrated to the point of getting rid of this machine. What can you do to help me? I have made a lot of purchases with Amazon and this is the first time I have been so dissatisfied. Because of the upgrade to V11 I was unable to register the software and get the license until last week.

I was making CNC projects in a week. Great free seminars and responsive tech support. The Vetric software provided is excellent.
