I was very scheptical of this after trying so many topical products that turned out to be useless. But, after applying this to my lower back (it had been aching for weeks) I was surprised that in an hour the pain was almost gone. I use it now after stretching and some workouts to eliminate soreness with great results. The jury is still out on helping with sleep, but I'm giving that a try as well (would be a miracle if it does help). I'm planning on buying a bottle of the spray next since it is oderless.It does feel a bit greasy/sticky after you've put it on. But, as the manufacturer directs, if you wait 20-30 minutes you can wash it off and get rid of the greasy feeling.

Shipping was fast. I must warn you, it's more like water, so be careful when pouring into hands. Has minor smell, not too bad though. Rub on feet before work, and really helps give you a few extra hours pain free if you stay on your feet. It does leave your hands and whatever you rub it on a little sticky like, but was your hands off and fine. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't bother me at all, no burning or tingling like it does to some people apparently.

This is an absolutely spectacular remedy to address joint inflammation pain as I have been suffering since my accident 5 months ago. I have tried everything, shots, pill, knee drainage, etc and the excruciating pains and swelling continued in my knee until about a week after using (rubbing) the MAGNESIUM OIL WITH ARNICA (ITS THE BOMB!) on my injured knee twice daily and taking a daily dose of liquid (CAL/MAG/ZINC) and (GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROITIN MSM ULTRA RX-JOINT LIQUID) including 5,000 Mg of Vitamin D; Turmeric Curcumin (Natures Made); plus a 16 Oz Bottle of water mixed with Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother,Cayenne Red Pepper, Turmeric and Cummin mixed together 3-days a week during my workouts at the gym. I was enjoying the product after my workout---swimming and pool running for about 70 minutes. I would shower and then apply the MAG Essentials Ultra Sport Oil. I did not rinse it off and went to work or daily life 4 days in a row. On the fourth day, my skin broke out in a terrible rash, itchy and awful.I have discontinued using and might try again after the skin clears. I do not have time to take a second shower after my morning workout to rinse.I look awful with the rash and break out. I also did not feel especially soothed after using the MAG Essentials Ultra Sport Oil. So I am wondering if I got a bad batch of the oil?Thank you, let me know what you think of my response to the product.

Wonderful topical anti-inflamatory!I use for osteoarthritis on my hands, less, neck and shoulders.Also for relief from leg cramps and to use before bedtime to avoid leg cramps. This product was recommended to me by my physical therapist, who uses it for restless legs. She also said her patients with diabetes use it for relief of neuropathy pain.I am so thankful for this product.

Love it worked great at relaxing me! It helped with my muscle spasms and helped me to sleep at night because I have a hard time going to sleep because of arthritis in my back.Would recommend it to others to try.

Really wanted this to work but get a painful rash and breakout whenever I use this on my shoulders or back, which is where i need the muscle relief. Tried letting the rash heal and using again, definitely caused by this product - not for me. Itchy hot feeling when i use on other areas of my body.

I have had restless leg syndrome for many years. It used to be occasionally, the last 10 years it is daily so have been having to take Ropinerole early in the evening. It makes me very sleepy so end up taking an 'early' nap. This oil had delayed the onset of the restless legs, so can now take it around bed time and that has been so nice.

Does help but makes my skin itch n tingle.

I practice Ashtanga yoga and some days it can be pretty intense. I always suffer from some tight muscle, being hamstrings or neck and shoulder. I'm also nursing an injured wrist. I find applying the oil at night before going to bed helps relaxing the muscles. I would definitely recommend. 5 stars also for the lovely smell.
