REFILLS FOR ZEBRA 301
An excellent writing instrument, preferably for people with small to medium hands because it's a relatively small pen making it all the more cute.A precise writing instrument.Regarding refills, something I found to work out fine and cheap was, to use the ordinary JOTTER refills (₹10-12), plug out the blue / black stopper xapat the rear end and use the body alone. Works fine for me. The downside is the G series is actually the gel ink type, but with a jotter you are converting it into a long lasting ball point pen.

Be careful when you order
The picture shows:Left pen - Zebra G-301Right pen -Zebra F-301The Zebra F-301 is my pen which features a replaceable stainless steel 0.7mm gel cartridge. The Zebra G-301 is what received and probably mistakenly ordered. The G-301 features a plastic gel insert and in my opinion does not write as well as the F-301.The inferior G-301 says it’s 0.7mm but it writes more like a 1mm pen.The ink also doesn’t feel right. Doesn’t seem to dry as fast as the F-301 so you get the impression that it ever so slightly smears at times. So, if you’re meticulous about your writing instruments get the Zebra F-301. This is the superior pen.Even the refills are stainless steel. Also, the superior F-301 refills will not fit into the G-301 pens that are featured here. The G-301s featured here look identical to my pen the F-301.Herein lays the confusion.Zebra should have never used 301 for both pens. So, buy beware

Loose parts, Ran out of ink fast!
While they lasted they write beautifully. The ink is very smooth, and a nice blue.However-- if you do more at your job than sitting at a desk (I attached my pen to my ID tag as I am constantly writing), be prepared to lose the silver tip that holds everything together. The first one unscrewed itself and was lost on the first day. Both pens are already spent and I only ordered them mid-Sept, so three months ago. Won't be buying again!

my favourite pen
This is one of my favourite pens on the market! The ink flow isn’t too much, so no smudging. The narrowness feels nice in my hand, and it’s very sturdy. I’ve had some of these pens for 5+ years with no issues. Feels nice and weighted without being too heavy.

Pretty good pen for the price.
Decently sturdy, writes nicely, and average comfort.I'd say there are definitely better pens out there, but I bought these because I include them with a product I make that requires a fairly thin pen. Average overall, no real complaints I suppose... It's a pen after all.

I have shrunk the Zebra G-301 into a mini
While the Zebra G-301 isn't a favorite among many reviewers mostly due to its ordinary ink when compare to Zebra Sarasa models and small capacity refills. But I like its look and especially after I have successfully in modifying it into a mini version (G-301 without the middle black plastic section). Now the 'mini' version replaces my Zebra SL-F1 as my EDC pen because I like gel more than ballpoint ink.The Pilot G2 mini is an alternative retractable pen, but I dislike its bulky size and cheaper look.
