6" Scuba Dive Knife
This knife is designed to attach to your BCD or a hose. This section works satisfactory. It has some very good ideas and design. This is a full tang knife and appears to be very tough and strong. However, the blade material is very poor and difficult to get any kind of usable edge for cutting. After working for a long period of time, I was able to get a semi usable cutting edge on it. However, I do not expect it to hold an edge for more that a few simple cuts.In conclusion, I would not recommend this product to the avid scuba diver that wants to carry a sharp knife for doing any kind of cutting of line, rope, fish or much else. Again, I really like the design if a higher grade material was used for the blade. I do not expect it to hold an edge for more than one or two simple cuts, if that. You would be hard pressed to clean a fish or cut a rope or line that you may get tangled in.

Buy a knife with a better sheath or dummy cord it.
After correctly attaching this knife to my gear and waiting a month to go diving, I didn't even get to use it because the sheath clip released the knife somewhere on my 40ft descend in calm waters. The knife looked pretty decent, but I can't comment on the quality because I never got to try it out.

This knife has come off the sheath twice during dives for no apparent reason. The only reason the knife was not lost is because we use a Scuba Diving Adjustable Wrist Lanyard that is stored inside a zippered pocket until is needed for use

Convenient to carry, and use.
Great Knife, very convenient to carry around with you. The grip is perfect for my hands, and its sharp as well. I would recommend this product to my friends. 5/5 stars!
