useful herb
This herb was purchased for a specific reason and it has really helped. The only downside is I have to grind the herb to a finer grind and put into capsules myself. Although considering that the herb works for what I want; grinding and putting into capsules isn't soo bad.

It taste like I had a old batch and it had what looked like some old cotton-like pieces mixed in it which makes me think it accumulated over time because it had gotten stale.
