Great gift for kids and the adults.

Works fine, doesn't focus as well as the samsung vr, but great priced and allows you to use Google cardboard apps unavailable on Samsung's product. I do wish that it had an action button, many many apps require you to select. I glued a magnet to the inside and put a magnet on the outside and this serves as a wonky select button.

I wear glasses (very farsighted). I have a galaxy note. This headset fits both of them, and makes me very happy.Alright, about the headset. The headset is white, big and bulky (which is why it can fit the phones i tested), although not that heavy. The tri-headstrap is adjustable and can hold the rig onto your face securely with little to no aid. The back which is against your face is very well padded and the nose hole is large enough where no plastic was in contact with me, so no extra padding was needed for a nose cushion. The lenses are far enough ahead of where they did not interfere with my glasses, which has been my biggest problem with most vr headsets, so if you have glasses, that is a major plus. The controls though are where this thing shines, you can alter the distance of the phone from the lens plane by about 2 centimeters which can really help if you suffer from vision problems, and you can adjust the width between the lenses to suit your head shape. As for the phone compartment, it has grippy padding on the front to keep the phone from sliding and a foam cushion in back to keep it pressed against the grippy padding. I tested 2 phones (galaxy s4 and note 5) with the set and both fit, although barely for the note, so it can accommodate a large range of devices as the note is pretty big and the s4 worked well but you did see the light up buttons on the side.the only downsides to this device are its price and the fact that it doesn't have a port for your phones camera, so augmented reality apps are out, but for the price, the extra control, comfort and durability make it worth the extra money over budget brands and saves you money from going with some of the higher end models (which also dont tend to have a camera port).I received a review copy at a discount for my honest and clear review.

I use the VR Headset, SHAMILE® 3D VR Headset to play 3-D videos or rather my children are using them daily to watch movies. I had wanted to check this out for a long while but was checking out the high end version however when I got the opportunity to get a deal on these I jumped on them right away.The are pretty comfortable as the adjust rather easily from my 6 year old son to my big giant head lol. So far we have found several movies on youtube of all places. Video Review- [Amazon removed the link] This is a great alternative to google cardboard. it basically is a google cardboard device but much nicer materials than just cardboard. i use it to watch youtube with and play may games with. just make sure you have a magnet handy because since it is a cardboard device you need a magnet to realign stuff and interact with the phone. This is adjustable enough to fit most people very easily. Been using it to show people VR apps and stuff. This really made me want to get the gear vr for my note 5.I got this product at a discount for an honest and unbiased review.

These glasses are pretty cool when paired with your smart phone. I thought I would purchase these on a whim, thinking if they don't work- I will just return them. I have to say these are the coolest glasses I have ever owned and I have owned some 3-D glasses in the past, but nothing like this. These work great for VR and 3D videos- since i've gotten them in the mail, I've worn them everyday and for long periods of time... each time I felt no discomfort and I was able to change the focal length at my discretion, which is a plus. I'm obsessed with all of the things I could possibly look at with these glasses- including home movies, videos of people that are no longer around seems even more real- like you could just touch the person... and apps with games are awesome. What is nice is that these are compatible with all mobile phones from 4 inches to 6 inches and that was stressing me out because I have an iPhone 6 plus- but a bigger device makes it look all the more cooler. First I would like to say that I received this product very promptly after I ordered it. It actually arrived a day earlier than the estimated delivery date. Secondly, I’ve been very excited about trying VR but haven’t been able to drop hundreds of dollars on a device to try it. Now there is a product that is actually affordable. At the time of this review this headset was about $35 which is a great price point for someone who’s curious about VR. I also like the outer dials to adjust view distance and lens focus. I wear glasses so I was worried about using the viewer without them, but the focal adjustments made it so I could tailor the device to my personal needs.I have tried another VR headset for smartphones, and while I absolutely loved the way this headset looked I didn’t like that there was nothing that locked the smartphone into place inside the headset. Other than that, it’s a great product for the price.Please know that I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review of it.
