I can see everyone’s birthday at one glance, no more guessing. Well worth the price. It comes with more than enough for bdays, anniversarys or any other mile stone you want to track.

The discs come unpainted, bare wood. The calligraphy pen I have bled like little hairs into the bare wood. I like the look of bare wood just fine, but if you do that you might want to spray a sealer on them first. As it turns out, I love mine painted all different candy colors to match my soho rug in the same room. I painted one side with color, then when they dried I turned them over to paint the other side white: numbers on the colored sides, names on the white side. I had fun painting the colored sides specific to the person having the birthday, with little decorative features.The only two negatives:(1) the little O rings are hard to take off and on, which you have to do each time you add a new birthday;(2) the disc bearing the hook the board hangs from is cheap cheap cheap plastic. The photos made it look like it was wood. That would be easy enough to replace, I guess.The only other thing I would say is that I wish this was not advertised as being for grandma. I am not old, I just have a huge family.I love mine.

I bought this as a gift for my 89 yr old mother. Makes her large family calendar to be seen easily at a glance but is beautiful at the same time. I had plenty of choices of shapes but unfortunately because of the way I set it up, not enough rings. Problem solved with floral wire. We used over 70 of the shapes! As I said large family. Now some of the pieces broke as I was putting them on the rings. Thickness was good but hole was cut too close too edge.Mom loves it. This is a project that is something for families to do together and the price is great.

I was drawn by the tree and the verse. The product itself was a little cheaply made. It’s printed on a thin piece of panel and I needed to find a thicker piece of wood to glue it to to make it pop on my photo wall. I also modified the rings that hold the dates to the board. I used a special cord to weave the dates on. The cord for hanging was just a thin piece of hemp. Again I modified it with a nicer cord.

Image/tree was a bit blurry like it was not focused (like it had been copied too many times) But from far away you can’t tell. I bought it for a friend as a gift, but I wished the image of the tree was more clear. Guess it’s the Thought that counts…

Made a lovely gift for my mom. Getting the rings connected to the main board was tricky but worth the effort.

Cute gift. Unit comes all individually. Rings, hearts, circles ect all need to be assembled which makes sense as you can set up as you go. Sign is very light weight with all the bits attached and looks great. Downfall to this product is that the wood chips very easily. When attaching your rings to the hearts and circles it would pull chips out of the tags.

The items look great, will be needing more soon.
