5 days of use review. I was moving to another town and need an adjustable bench cause my large and heavy gym bench was too old to hold its shape.So I saw the caption, "700LBS, ADJUSTABLE" and decided to spend a little extra on this bench. The package arrived in good condition via UPS. It is well thought out, easy to put together, Love how compact it is, can put it in anywhere, I live in a studio apartment, so the ability to fold it in half was pretty convenient！I am 6’1” and 210 pounds, this thing doesn’t budge when doing any exercises, no squeaks or wobbles at all, solid as rock.Overall, great quality Bench! You will not go wrong with this bench.

It’s an overall good bench to get in your workouts and very easy to adjust from the back rather you want to lay it all the way down or half way or keep it upright. It was easy to assemble and it’s actually light so also easy to fold up and put away or just move it to the side out your way but it’s still sturdy enough to hold weight. I like it so far had it for a few days so far so good.

Very satisfied with the weight bench. The weight of the metal frame and hardware are reassuring. I weigh 210 and use 100lbs in dumbbells with no concern. Assembly was easy, and this is one of the few units that is both highly adjustable and collapsible for storage, making it the perfect buy for a COVID-19 home gym.

It is definitely a good addition to my home gym. Got this bench few weeks ago , after a long research and and a tight budget i decided to go for this one. Surprisingly this bench is so easy to assemble, and definitely saves alot room when is folded.. so easy to storage. It has really good sturdiness and stability. I am 5'10" tall and 190 lb body weight, I've used 60lb dumbbells on this bench ,which makes 310 lb and it's been holding pretty well. I would recommend to get some kind of gym mat cuz it slides on my garage floor with out it . I was really trying to love this bench ,BUT when you try to use the decline position is a little awkward, maybe for shorter people will work. As for me i fell thet is a little flaw design, the opening between the pads is a little too big and when i use it for decline there are some metal pieces that bother my lower back-tail bone. And the thing to hold your legs is kind of short for that position... that's why i give 4 stars... it's not a professional or gym quality but it does yhe job done ... if you have a better budget i would go for something better but if not this is a good option... i posted some pictures for you to see better what i mean .... stay safe

Bench arrived in good condition. It is light but feels strong and sturdy. I’m hoping the upholstery holds up well and doesn’t tear but only time will tell. Wish the front of the bench had wheels to roll but like I said it is light to lift. The gap between the seat and the back rest is kind of big so might cause an issue when declined for some. If the back rest is all the way up and you’re well over 6” your head might not fit up against it good. I’m 5”11 and it’s good enough for me. Hope this helps

This bench is pretty stable, looks really good and folds away when not it use which is very convenient and love it. That being said there are quite a few negatives, initially folding it out is a pain because although its obvious what you have to do to get it unfolded it with a clear mind, I tried to assemble this after an 11 hour day of reviewing specs, and what not and got frustrated because the instructions have pictures without context. Secondly the huge gap between the seat and back portions is kind of of annoying and seems like it may be an issue at some point, and finally this thing is tall, great for me because Im 6-4 but even I wouldn't mind it being a tad bit lower so it would feel a bit sturdier

Love how the is is lighter weight than traditional benches yet is sturdy and feels sturdy when using it. Great value for the money!
